Description
その中に配置され、第1の本体部の主要部分に沿って広がる第1のアンテナ素子部及び機器の中のアンテナ素子部に給電する無線回路とよりなる第1の本体部と、
電話機の開いた状態及び閉じた状態を与えるために第1の本体部における一方の端部にヒンジで結合された第2の本体部と、
第1の本体部及び第2の本体部に接続され、一方の本体部に対し他方の本体部に関連させて第1の軸の周りで回動を与えるために第1の本体部の端部に沿って延び、そして第1及び第2の端部を有したヒンジ要素と、
そのヒンジ要素が第2のアンテナ素子部を有しており、
その無線回路は給電のために第1及び第2のアンテナ素子部間に接続されている。
第1の本体部内に配置され、前記携帯通信機器の第1の本体部の主要部に沿って広がり無線回路と接続される第1のアンテナ素子部と、
携帯通信機器のヒンジ要素の中に配置され無線回路と接続される第2のアンテナ素子部とを有している。
Claims (19)
- 携帯通信機器(10)であって、
第1のアンテナ素子部(22)と前記機器の中のアンテナ素子部に給電する無線回路(30)とを有する第1の本体部(12)と、
電話機の少なくとも1つの開いた状態と1つの閉じた状態を与えるために前記第1の本体部における一方の端部にヒンジで結合された第2の本体部(14)と、
前記第1の本体部及び第2の本体部に接続され、一方の本体部に対し他方の本体部に関連させて第1の軸(32)の周りで回動を与えるために前記第1の本体部の端部に沿って延び、そして第1(17)及び第2の端部を備えたヒンジ要素(16)であって、前記第1のアンテナ素子部と電気的に接続された第2のアンテナ素子部(24;40)を内部に有するヒンジ要素(16)と、
前記第2の本体部中に位置し、前記第2の本体部の主要部に広がり、少なくとも前記ヒンジ要素の第1の端部において前記第2のアンテナ素子部に電気的に接続される第3のアンテナ素子部(26;34,36;36,40)とを有し、
前記第1のアンテナ素子部は前記第1の本体部の中に配置され、前記第1の本体部の主要部に沿って伸長し、
前記無線回路は給電のために前記第1及び第2のアンテナ素子部間に接続されていることを特徴とする携帯通信機器(10)。 - 前記第2のアンテナ素子部は前記ヒンジ要素で規定される回動の軸を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記無線回路は前記ヒンジ要素の第1及び第2の端部間の前記第2のアンテナ素子部に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記無線回路は前記ヒンジ要素の第2の端部の近傍で前記第2のアンテナ素子部に、配線(28)を介して、接続されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記無線回路は前記第2のアンテナ素子部と前記無線回路間の接続点に近い位置で前記第1のアンテナ素子部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第1のアンテナ素子部は前記ヒンジ要素の第1の端部(17)で前記第2のアンテナ素子部に電気的に接続され、それにより前記第1及び第2のアンテナ素子部間に長さが前記ヒンジ要素の第1及び第2の端部で規定される隙間を与えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第1及び第2のアンテナ素子部間の電気的接続が少なくとも前記第1の本体部と前記ヒンジ要素との間に設けた導体に遮蔽を与えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第1及び第2のアンテナ素子部間の電気的接続が遮蔽ケーブルの遮蔽体により与えられることを特徴とする請求項7記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第2及び第3のアンテナ素子部間の電気的接続が少なくとも前記ヒンジ要素と前記第2の本体部間に設けられた導体に遮蔽を与えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第2及び第3のアンテナ素子部間の電気的接続は遮蔽ケーブルの遮蔽体により与えられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第2及び第3のアンテナ素子部は、前記ヒンジ要素の第1の端部でのみ電気的に接続され、それにより、第3及び第2のアンテナ素子部間に前記ヒンジ要素の第1及び第2の端部により基本的にその長さが規定される隙間が設けられた請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第3及び第2のアンテナ素子部には、前記機器の開いた状態の時に前記素子部間を相互に接続し、前記機器が閉じた状態の時に前記接続が遮断されるように構成された少なくともひとつの別の接続(35)が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記別の接続は実質的に前記ヒンジ要素の長さ全体に沿って設けられた連続的な接続であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の携帯通信機器。
- さらに、前記第2及び第3のアンテナ素子部間に2つ以上の別の接続を含むことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記第2の本体部は、前記ヒンジ要素に接続された第1の部分と第2の部分とを含み、
前記第2の部分は前記第1の部分に対して第2の軸部(38)の周りに回動可能で、前記第2の軸は第1の軸に対して略直交して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。 - 前記第3のアンテナ素子部は第1(34;40)及び第2(36)の部分を有し、
前記第1の部分は前記第2の本体部の第1の部分に設けられ、前記第2の部分は前記第2の本体部の第2の部分に設けられ、
前記第3のアンテナ部分の第1及び第2の部分は、前記第2の本体部の第1及び第2の部分間の接合平面全体にわたり互いに電気的に接続可能とされることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の携帯通信機器。 - 前記無線回路は1つ以上の周波数帯域にアンテナを同調させる少なくとも1つの同調回路網を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 前記携帯通信機器はセルラ電話機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の携帯通信機器。
- 携帯通信機器に設けられたアンテナであって、前記携帯通信機器は前記機器のアンテナ素子部に給電する無線回路(30)を含む第1の本体部(12)と、第1の本体部の端部にヒンジで結合された第2の本体部(14)と、第1及び第2の本体部に接続され前記携帯通信機器の開いた状態及び閉じた状態を与えるヒンジ要素(16)とを有し、前記ヒンジ要素は、前記第1の本体部の端部に沿って伸長し、前記第1の本体部に他の本体部に対して第1の軸部(32)の周りに回動を与え、さらに第1(17)及び第2の端部を有しており、前記アンテナは、
前記第1の本体部内に配置され、前記携帯通信機器の第1の本体部の主要部に沿って広がり、前記無線回路と接続される第1のアンテナ素子部と、
前記携帯通信機器の前記ヒンジ要素の内部に配置され、前記第1のアンテナ素子部と電気的に接続され、前記無線回路と接続される第2のアンテナ素子部と、
前記第2の本体部中に位置し、前記第2の本体部の主要部に広がり、少なくとも前記ヒンジ要素の第1の端部において前記第2のアンテナ素子部に電気的に接続される第3のアンテナ素子部(26;34,36;36,40)とを有することを特徴とするアンテナ。
