Claims (5)
- X線を発生させるためのX線源(36)及び受け取ったX線から撮像照射(32)を取得するためのレセプタ(34)を有するC字アーム・ユニット(12)であって、前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)を少なくとも第1と第2の照射位置の間で画像収集経路に沿って移動させており、中心軸(133)の周りで回転するようなC字アーム・ユニット(12)と、
前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)のそれぞれを前記C字アーム・ユニット(12)に取り付けているX線源ブラケット及びレセプタ・ブラケット(127、131)であって、患者(22)と前記前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)の少なくとも一方との間で所望の距離(420)を維持するように、C字アーム・ユニット(12)の前記中心軸(133)に向かう方向及び該中心軸から離れる方向で前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)の少なくとも一方を半径方向に移動させているX線源ブラケット及びレセプタ・ブラケット(127、131)と、
前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)が前記少なくとも第1及び第2の照射位置のそれぞれに配置されている間に取得した少なくとも第1及び第2の撮像照射を含むような一連の撮像照射(32)を前記レセプタ(34)から収集している画像処理装置(16)であって、前記一連の撮像照射(32)に対応する複数の照射位置に関する位置データ(30)を収集しており、前記一連の撮像照射(32)及び前記複数の照射位置に対する前記位置データ(30)に基づいて3次元(3D)ボリュメトリック・データ組を作成しているような画像処理装置(16)と、
前記3Dボリュメトリック・データ組に基づいて画像を表示しているディスプレイ(250)と、
前記中心軸(133)及び、前記レセプタ(34)のうちの1つと患者表面(308)との間のそれぞれの距離に基づいた座標データを前記X線源ブラケット又は前記レセプタ・ブラケット(127、131)に装着したセンサ(132、134)から受け取っている追跡サブシステム(220)を備えており、
前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)が前記少なくとも第1及び第2の照射位置に配置されている間に前記X線源(36)又はレセプタ(34)は前記座標データに基づいて前記中心軸(133)を基準として半径方向に移動している医用診断イメージング・システム。 - さらに、前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)を第1のスキャン角度(408)まで回転させると共に、前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)をX線源半径方向距離及びレセプタ半径方向距離(423)のそれぞれまで半径方向に移動させているメインフレーム(111)であって、X線源及びレセプタの前記半径方向距離(423)は互いに異なると共に前記中心軸(133)から前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)のそれぞれまでの距離に対応しているようなメインフレーム(111)を備える請求項1に記載の医学診断イメージング装置。
- さらに、前記レセプタ(34)とX線源(36)の少なくとも一方に対して前記中心軸(133)を基準とした最大及び最小の半径方向距離を設定するための制御パネル(114)を備える請求項1に記載の医学診断イメージング装置。
- 前記センサは、患者表面(309)と前記X線源(36)の間の距離を示すX線源位置データを検出する前記X線源ブラケット(127)に装着した第1のセンサ(132)と、前記レセプタ(34)と患者表面(308)の間の距離を示すレセプタ位置データを検出する前記レセプタ・ブラケット(131)に装着した第2のセンサ(134)を備え、
さらに、前記X線源位置データと前記レセプタ位置データを前記第1及び第2のセンサ(132、134)から受け取っているメインフレーム(111)であって、前記X線源位置データ及びレセプタ位置データに基づいて前記中心軸(133)を基準として前記X線源(36)及びレセプタ(34)を半径方向に移動させているメインフレーム(111)を備える請求項1に記載の医学診断イメージング装置。 - 前記中心軸(133)は、患者の関心領域に対応し、前記C字アーム・ユニット(112)は、該中心軸(133)の周りで回転し、
前記画像処理装置(16)は、前記追跡サブシステム(220)から前記一連の撮像照射(32)に対応する前記一連の照射位置に関する前記座標データを受け取り、かつ前記一連の照射位置に関する前記一連の撮像照射(32)及び前記座標データに基づいて3次元(3D)ボリュメトリック・データ組を作成している、請求項1に記載の医学診断イメージング装置。
