Claims (2)
- 担体上の複数の領域に固定されたオリゴヌクレオチドプローブに標識物質で標識されたポリヌクレオチドをハイブリダイズさせた後、前記オリゴヌクレオチドプローブと二本鎖を形成していない1本鎖部分の標識ポリヌクレオチドを、1本鎖のDNAに末端から特異的に作用して1本鎖ポリヌクレオチドを分解することができる制限酵素を作用させて、前記オリゴヌクレオチドプローブと前記標識ポリヌクレオチドとで形成された二本鎖から切り離し、その後、前記領域に電圧を印加できるように電極を配置し、該電極に電圧を印加して前記オリゴヌクレオチドプローブとミスマッチ結合している標識ポリヌクレオチドを剥がすことを特徴とするミスマッチ結合ポリヌクレオチドの除去方法。
- 前記制限酵素がエキソヌクレアーゼVIIであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のミスマッチ結合ポリヌクレオチドの除去方法。
