Description
材料ウェブをクランプするクランプ手段、
傾斜切断面に用いる材料ウェブに対し実質的に垂直方向である細長い切断ユニット、および
接着テープに沿って材料ウェブを接着するための熱および圧力を加える溶着ユニット、を含む装置に関する。

Claims (9)
- 防液性パック製造用パッケージ材料の2枚のウェブ(3、4)を接着する装置であって、各ウェブ(3、4)が少なくとも一側を熱作動性の防液性接着剤層(58、65)で被覆されており、
材料ウェブ(3、4)をクランプするクランプ手段(5、21、27)と、
傾斜切断面(16)に用いる材料ウェブ(3、4)に対し横方向である細長い切断ユニット(11)と、
接着テープ(29)に沿って材料ウェブ(3、4)を接着させるための熱および圧力を加える溶着ユニット(30)とを含み、溶着ユニット(30)が材料ウェブ(3、4)の走行方向(9)に関し横方向である横断レール(28)にそって移動可能なスライダー(31)を有し、その上に加熱手段(33)とその移動方向(20)後方に圧ローラ(38)が配置されており、
切断ブレード(40)が加熱手段(33)に関して圧ローラ(38)と反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - スライダー(31)上、圧ローラ(38)近傍にスライダー(31)の移動中に材料ウェブ(34)の横断端(18)に沿ってそれを押上げるためのガイド要素(41)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 加熱手段(33)が熱風要素(34)と、送風管(35)と、熱風ノズル(36)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 溶着ユニット(30)と、横断レール(28)が材料ウェブ(3、4)の走行方向(9)に対し60°〜90°であり、スライダー(30)の移動方向に対して垂直である押上げ方向(8)に上下できることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 横断レール(28)の下に第一クランプバー(27)が固定され、その下に間隔をあけて第二クランプバー(27)が固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 接着テープ(29)作成時の圧力が、圧ローラ(38)と、その反対側に配置したゴム製圧部材(50)とにより作製され、上記ゴム製圧部材(50)が横断レール(28)と平行関係に伸びる棒状であり、かつ屋根型の傾斜面(51、52)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ゴム製圧部材(50)との圧ローラ(38)の接触線が傾斜面上にあることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 材料ウェブ(3、4)をクランプするためのクランプ手段(5、23、24;27)が、材料ウェブ(3、4)の走行方向(9)に配置された前(21)、中央(5)および後方クランプ装置(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 溶着ユニット(30)の横断レール(28)および横断レール(28)と平行関係に伸びるクランプバー(7、23、24;27)またはクランプ手段のクランプビームが、材料ウェブ(3、4)の走行方向(9)に対し60°〜90°の角度(α)に設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
