Description
図1は本発明の溶融亜鉛めっき高張力鋼板の製造装置の全体図であり、1は加熱帯、2は均熱帯、3は徐冷帯、4は冷却帯、5は再均熱帯、6は板温調整手段、7は溶融亜鉛めっき手段である。TRIP鋼、DP鋼などの高張力鋼板はこれらの各部分を矢印方向に連続的に走行しつつ、熱処理され溶融亜鉛めっきされる。なお冷却帯4の内部には能力の異なる複数の冷却装置8が設置されており、それらを使い分けることによって冷却速度を中速冷却と緩速冷却とに切り替え可能となっている。加熱帯1と均熱帯2とは加熱・均熱手段を構成し、徐冷帯3と冷却帯4は冷却手段を構成し、再均熱帯5は短時間保持手段を構成する。

Claims (2)
- 加熱・均熱手段と、冷却速度を選択可能な複数の冷却手段と、短時間保持手段と、めっきに適切な温度への板温調整手段と、溶融亜鉛めっき手段とを備えた溶融亜鉛めっき高張力鋼板の製造装置であって、高張力鋼板がTRIP鋼またはDP鋼であり、前記冷却手段は、高張力鋼板がTRIP鋼の場合に選択される350〜450℃まで10℃/秒以上100℃/秒以下の冷却速度で冷却する中速冷却手段と、DP鋼の場合に選択される450℃を下回らない温度まで10℃/秒以下の冷却速度で冷却する緩速冷却手段とからなることを特徴とする溶融亜鉛めっき高張力鋼板の製造装置。
- 短時間保持手段が、350〜600℃で100秒以上保持する再均熱帯であり、板温調整手段が、450〜500℃に板温を加熱又は冷却するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶融亜鉛めっき高張力鋼板の製造装置。
