本発明は、口紅、スティックファンデーション等の棒状化粧料を収納した棒状化粧料繰り出し容器において、収容した棒状化粧料を有効に使用できる容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、口紅、スティックファンデーション等の棒状化粧料は、繰り出し機構により昇降動する棒状化粧料繰り出し容器に収容され、必要に応じて棒状化粧料を繰り出して塗布していた。この棒状化粧料繰り出し容器は、棒状化粧料の端部を保持筒に保持されていた。したがって、保持筒に保持された部分の化粧料は使用できず不経済であった。

しかし、保持筒内より押し出された化粧料は、保持筒の保持部分がなくなり、不用意に抜け取れてしまったりすることがあった。また、充分に棒状化粧料を使用できるのに、不注意で保持筒の底部を摺動させてしまった場合、元に戻すのが不可能で、棒状化粧料繰り出し容器が使用不能となってしまう危険性もあった。これは、棒状化粧料を押し出した際の、棒状化粧料の保持量を大きくすれば解消できるのであるが、保持部分、つまり使用できない化粧料の量が多くなってしまう問題点も発生してしまった。

そこで本発明は、保持筒内に残った化粧料を確実な方法で押し出し、この押し出した化粧料を有効に使用できるようにした棒状化粧料繰り出し容器に関するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
棒状化粧料1を収嵌保持する保持筒2を上下摺動させる繰り出し機構を内装し、前記保持筒2を固定部材32と、該固定部材32に上下摺動可能に取り付けられた摺動部材23に分割し、該摺動部材23を上方に摺動させる事により内部に設けられた保持部101により保持した棒状化粧料1を押し出す構成において、前記摺動部材23に、棒状化粧料1を保持する保持壁面16bの一部を設ける。この摺動部材23の保持壁面16bは、逆U字形状に成形し、保持壁面16bの側壁に、棒状化粧料1を保持するリブ114若しくは保持穴101bを設ける。また、摺動部材23の反保持壁面16b側には、脱落防止片27aを突設し、該脱落防止片27aと保持壁面16bにより、押し出した棒状化粧料1を保持させる。

【実施例】
本発明第1実施例を図によって説明する。棒状化粧料1を収嵌保持する保持筒2は、摺動部材23と固定部材32より成っている。この摺動部材23と固定部材32は、筒体を縦に分割した形状をしており、固定部材32のほうが円周の1/2強を占めている。

固定部材32は、円弧筒状をしており、下部側壁には螺合突部103を突設している。この螺合突部103は、円周の180度対抗した位置に2ヵ所に設けられている。この螺合突部103の背面には、強化リブ114dが設けられ、螺合突部103が内方向にたわまない様になっている。また、固定部材32の両側端面には、内方向に屈曲したガイド部4bが設けられている。このガイド部4bには、摺動部材23より突出した連結片113cが係合し、固定部材32と摺動部材23を上下摺動自在に連結している。またこのガイド部4bの上端付近および下端付近には、摺動部材23の連結片113cが当接する上部当接部108aおよび下部当接部108bが設けられている。また、この上部当接部108aと下部当接部108bの間には、感応突部129を突設している。この感応突部129は、摺動部材23の連結片113cが乗り越え可能に当接するようになっている。この上部当接部108a、下部当接部108bおよび感応突部129の位置関係は、固定部材32と摺動部材23の形状が一致したときに摺動部材23の連結片113cが下部当接部108bと感応突部129の間に係合し、摺動部材23が固定部材32より上方に突出した状態で、連結片113cが上部当接部108aと感応突部129の間に係合するようになっている。
