本発明は、口紅、アイシャドウ等の棒状化粧料を収納し、この棒状化粧料を繰り出す繰り出し機構を内装した棒状化粧料繰り出し容器に関するものであり、任意に棒状化粧料を交換できるカートリッジ機能を付加し、しかもそのカートリッジ体が安価に提供でき、リサイクル品として廃棄できる棒状化粧料繰り出し容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、口紅、アイシャドウ等の棒状化粧料を、繰り出し機構を内装した容器に収納し、しかもこの棒状化粧料を任意に交換できるカートリッジ式棒状化粧料繰り出し容器が数多く提案されている。この内、棒状化粧料を収嵌保持し、側壁に螺合突部を突設した保持筒と、この保持筒を上下摺動自在に内装し、側壁に保持筒の螺合筒部が貫通して保持筒を回動不能に案内するガイド溝を穿設した身筒と、この身筒を回動自在に内装し、内側壁に身筒を貫通した保持筒の螺合突部が螺合する螺旋溝を螺設したスリーブとよりカートリッジ体を構成し、上部にキャップを抜脱可能に嵌合する嵌合部を設けた本体筒とキャップで容器本体を構成し、カートリッジ体の身筒下部を容器本体の本体筒に抜脱可能に係合させて棒状化粧料容器とした構成が一般的であった。この種の構成は、繰り出し機構を含む構造部と、外装体に分離することにより、簡単にカートリッジ機能を付加できる反面、廃棄されてしまうカートリッジ体に繰り出し機構が含まれているため、カートリッジ体が複雑となり、高価なものとならざるを得なかった。しかも、カートリッジ体には、容器本体に装着した際、外部に露出するスリーブも含まれ、スリーブの表面には、意匠性を高めるため加飾が施されていた。つまりカートリッジ体は複数種の材料から形成されているため、廃棄する際、分別する事ができず、資源としてリサイクルすることができなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、カートリッジ体が容器本体内に収まってしまうため、わざわざ身筒の上部をスリーブの上端より突出させ、露出した身筒を下方に押下することによってカートリッジ体を取り外しており、容器本体内に収容できる保持筒と身筒とでカートリッジ体を構成した特徴を充分に生かしていなかった。また、カートリッジ体の装着時に、保持筒の螺合突部をスリーブの螺旋溝に突入させる必要があるため、スリーブ内をのぞいて螺合突部と螺旋溝の位置合わせをしなければならず、カートリッジ体の装着には慣れが必要となっていた。
