Claims (20)
- 複数の閉じた可撓性セルを備えた拡張式ステントであって、複数の閉じた可撓性セルがそれぞれ、
a)第1端および第2端を有する第1部材と、
b)第1端および第2端を有する第2部材と、
c)第1端および第2端を有する第3部材と、
d)第1端および第2端を有する第4部材とを含み、第1部材の第1端が第2部材の第1端と連絡し、第2部材の第2端が第3部材の第2端と連絡し、第3部材の第1端が第4部材の第1端と連絡し、第1部材と第2部材と第3部材と第4部材とが第1周状パターンを形成し、
e)端に湾曲部材を有する第1部材と第2部材が第1ループを形成し、
f)端に湾曲部材を有する第3部材と第4部材が第2ループを形成し、第1部材と第2部材と第3部材と第4部材とが第1周状帯の一部を形成し、さらに、
g)第1端および第2端を有する第5部材と、
h)第1端および第2端を有する第6部材と、
i)第1端および第2端を有する第7部材と、
j)第1端および第2端を有する第8部材と、
k)第1端および第2端を有する第9部材と、
l)第1端および第2端を有する第10部材とを含み、第5部材の第1端が第1部材の第2端と連絡し、第5部材の第2端が第6部材の第2端と連絡し、第6部材の第1端が第7部材の第1端と連絡し、第7部材の第2端が第8部材の第2端と連絡し、第8部材の第1端が第9部材の第1端と連絡し、第9部材の第2端が第10部材の第2端と連絡し、第10部材の第1端が第4部材の第2端と連絡し、第5部材と第6部材と第7部材と第8部材と第9部材と第10部材とが第1周状パターンと隣接する第2周状パターンを形成し、
m)端に湾曲部材を有する第5部材と第6部材が第3ループを形成し、
n)端に湾曲部材を有する第7部材と第8部材が第4ループを形成し、
o)端に湾曲部材を有する第9部材と第10部材が第5ループを形成し、第5部材と第6部材と第7部材と第8部材と第9部材と第10部材とが各第1周状帯の間の概略周状空間に配置される第2周状帯の一部を形成して、ステントの縦軸に沿って第1周状帯と第2周状帯の連続した繰り返しを少なくとも2回繰り返すパターンを形成し、各第1及び各第2の周状帯は周方向に単一の、連続した、概略正弦曲線のパターンを形成し、そして第1部材と第2部材と第3部材と第4部材と第5部材と第6部材と第7部材と第8部材と第9部材と第10部材とが複数の同形の可撓性セルの1つを形成し、そして
p)第1部材、第2部材、第3部材及び第4部材がステントの半径方向の厚みと周方向の幅を有し、第1部材、第2部材、第3部材及び第4部材の幅は第5部材、第6部材、第7部材、第8部材、第9部材及び第10部材の幅よりも広いことを特徴とするステント。 - 第1部材、第3部材、第6部材、第8部材および第10部材が、ステントの縦軸に対してほぼ同じ角度方向を有し、第2部材、第4部材、第5部材、第7部材および第9部材が、ステントの縦軸に対してほぼ同じ角度方向を有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数のセルのうち少なくとも1つにある少なくとも1つの部材が、そのセルの他の部材の長さより大きい長さを有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数のセルのうち少なくとも1つで、第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つが、そのセルにある第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの長さより長い長さを有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数のセルのうち少なくとも1つで、第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つが、そのセルにある第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの長さの約2倍の長さを有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数のセルのうち少なくとも1つで、第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つが、そのセルにある第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの長さとほぼ等しい長さを有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 少なくともそのセルで最大の長さを有する部材が、隣接するセルに延在する隣接部材と結合される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3、第4、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10の各部材の有意の部分がほぼ直線である、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 部材が金属で構成される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 金属が、ステンレス鋼およびニチノールで構成されたグループから選択される、請求項9に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材と、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材に、相互に対して異なる可撓性を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材パターンが、第1、第2、第3および第4部材より可撓性が大きい、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材の少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分と、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分とに、相互に対して異なる可撓性を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分に、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分より可撓性が大きい少なくとも1つの部分を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分に、第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分より可撓性が大きい少なくとも1つの部分を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材と、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材とに、相互に対して半径方向の圧縮に対する異なる抵抗力を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材が、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材より大きい半径方向の圧縮に対する抵抗力を有する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分と、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分とに、相互に対して半径方向の圧縮に対する異なる抵抗力を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 複数の第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分に、第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分より大きい半径方向の圧縮に対する抵抗力を有する少なくとも1つの部分を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第5、第6、第7、第8、第9および第10部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分に、第1、第2、第3および第4部材のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの部分より大きい半径方向の圧縮に対する抵抗力を有する少なくとも1つの部分を設ける、請求項1に記載のステント。
