Description

The present invention relates to a shoe having air permeability.

Conventionally, many shoes with a shoe sole having air permeability have been proposed. For example, in Patent Document 1, a recess having a substantially constant depth is provided over at least a forefoot stepping portion and an arch portion on the inner surface side of an elastic shoe sole, the recess having a plurality of through holes and a plurality of protrusions on the lower surface. A vent chamber is formed by an elastic sheet provided with a vent hole that communicates with the vent chamber from the ground contact surface at the arch portion, and communicates with the recess between the recess and the ground contact surface at the stepping portion. A breathable shoe provided with a space is described.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a concave portion is formed on the upper surface of the shoe sole, a lateral groove is formed on the bottom surface of the concave portion, the lateral groove communicates with a vent hole formed on the side surface of the shoe sole, and the concave portion has elasticity. The block body is fitted, the upper portion of the block body protrudes above the upper surface of the shoe sole, a vertical hole is formed in the block body, and the load is applied to the bottom surface of the recess. A support sheet for preventing entry into the lateral groove is arranged, the support sheet has air permeability, and the shoe interior and the lateral groove communicate with each other through the vertical hole and the support sheet, and when the load is applied to the block body A shoe having air permeability is described by deforming the vertical hole to cause inflow and outflow of air between the vent hole and the inside of the shoe.
JP 2005-230255 A JP 2006-320657 A

However, in the structure of Patent Document 1, air inflow and exhaust are performed only from the ventilation opening provided on the bottom surface of the shoe sole, and sufficient ventilation cannot be obtained. In addition, since the ventilation opening is arranged on the bottom surface of the shoe sole, when walking in the rain, water easily flows in from the bottom surface of the shoe sole, and the waterproof sheet sucks in water and does not function immediately. Furthermore, since it has a structure in which an opening for ventilation is arranged on the bottom surface of the shoe sole, a mesh must be provided on the shoe sole so that pebbles and the like that have fallen on the ground do not enter the pump chamber, which increases costs.

In the structure of Patent Document 2, a lateral groove is provided on the outsole side of the shoe sole, and the lateral groove, which is a passage for air, is provided horizontally on the ground. Therefore, when walking in the rain, the outsole Water easily flows into the lateral groove from the vent hole provided on the side surface, and is not easily drained. Therefore, when walking in the rain, water enters the shoes and the shoes are steamed. Also, pebbles are not discharged when pebbles or the like enter the lateral grooves from the vent holes. Furthermore, since the bottom of the midsole is formed flush, there is little air flowing in from the vents when walking, and the air that flows in when stepping on is dispersed throughout, resulting in less air discharge and sufficient ventilation. Can't get.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a shoe that not only enhances air inflow / exhaust function and ensures high air permeability, but also reduces moisture inflow and improves drainage.

The shoe according to claim 1 is a shoe having a shoe sole having a midsole and an outsole, wherein a lateral groove is formed at least on a forefoot stepping portion on a lower surface side of the midsole, An arch-shaped groove that communicates from the side surface to the other side surface and gradually deepens from both side surfaces to the center in the lateral width direction, and the midsole includes a through hole that penetrates in the thickness direction and communicates with the lateral groove, a first projection strip which fit while leaving a gap between the lateral grooves on the side provided, and gradually formed higher toward the lateral direction from the center side along with this first projection strip is the lateral grooves, arch And a recess is provided at least on the front foot side stepping portion on the upper side of the midsole, the through hole communicates with the recess, and the recess has air permeability. Arranged Deployment material, the lower surface of the cushion material, characterized in that it comprises a breathable waterproof sheet impervious to water passing air.

According to the first aspect, the lateral groove provided on the lower side of the midsole communicates from one side surface to the other side surface of the midsole, and gradually slopes downward from the center in the lateral width direction to both side surfaces of the midsole, A first protrusion provided on the upper surface side of the outsole is formed so as to gradually increase from the side surface side to the central portion in the lateral width direction along the lateral groove, and an air passage (hereinafter referred to as a vent hole) has an arch shape . For this reason, the center in the width direction of the shoe sole is higher than both sides. Therefore, compared with the case where the lateral groove and the opening of the ventilation hole are arranged on the outsole side, the ventilation opening is at a higher position, so that it is difficult for water to flow into the shoe. Furthermore, since the vent hole is configured so that the center in the width direction of the shoe sole is higher than both side surfaces, water hardly flows into the shoe and is easily drained. In addition, compared to shoes with vent openings on the bottom of the sole, pebbles on the ground are less likely to enter the vents from the vent openings, preventing the entry of pebbles. There is no need for cloth and costs. Furthermore, by providing a recess in at least the forefoot stepping portion on the upper side of the midsole, the through hole communicates with the recess, and a cushioning material having air permeability is disposed in the recess, thereby providing a space in the shoe sole. The amount of air taken into the shoe sole increases and the cushioning material is compressed when the foot is stepped on while walking, and the cushioning material is restored when the foot is lifted. Discharge is performed and higher air permeability can be expected. Further, since the lower surface of the cushion material is provided with a breathable waterproof sheet that allows air to pass therethrough and does not allow water to pass therethrough, it can be combined with the arch-shaped vent holes to expect higher waterproofness and drainage.

In addition, the present invention, since the path from the opening for ventilation of the shoe sole side is inlet air to the shoe is rather short, the inflow of air into the shoe can be smooth, higher air permeability can be expected .

The shoe according to claim 2 is provided with a plurality of the transverse grooves, has a longitudinal groove that is orthogonal to the transverse grooves and communicates with the transverse grooves, and is fitted with a gap left between the longitudinal grooves. A second protrusion is provided on the outsole.

According to the second aspect, as compared with the case where only the lateral groove is provided on the lower surface of the midsole, the provision of the longitudinal groove increases the amount of air taken into the shoe sole and increases the amount of air taken into the shoe sole. Sex can be expected.

In the shoe according to claim 3 , an opening having a shape corresponding to the cushion material is provided between the upper and the midsole at a position facing the cushion material, and a breathable material is attached to the opening. It has an insole.

According to the third aspect , compared with the case where the insole is used as it is or the case where a plurality of small holes are provided in the insole, air can easily flow between the shoe and the cushion material. Can be further improved.

The shoe according to claim 4 is characterized in that a heel portion is formed in the same configuration as the forefoot stepping portion.

According to the fourth aspect , it is possible to further improve the breathability in the shoe as compared with the case where the structure for inflowing and exhausting air is provided only in the forefoot stepping portion.

According to the present invention, air can be flowed into and out of the shoe through the vent opening provided on the side surface of the shoe sole, and high breathability can be obtained. In addition, since the vents in the shoe sole are inclined downward from the central portion toward both side surfaces, the drainage performance is high, and the effect of minimizing the inflow of water can be obtained. Moreover, by stepping on the cushion material provided in the shoe during walking, the cushion material serves as a pump, and higher breathability can be obtained. As described above, the present invention can ensure high air permeability, high waterproofness and drainage at the same time.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of a shoe according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view in which the lower surface of the sole midsole portion of the shoe according to the present invention is looked down obliquely from above one side surface. FIG. 3 is a perspective view in which the upper surface of the shoe sole midsole portion is looked down obliquely from above. FIG. 4 is an A-A ′ cross-sectional view of the shoe sole midsole portion. FIG. 5 is a perspective view from above of the shoe sole outsole portion. FIG. 6 is a B-B ′ sectional view of a shoe according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the structure of the shoe according to the present invention for each part.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shoe 1 includes an upper 2, a shoe sole 3, an insole 16, and an insole 18, and the shoe sole 3 includes a midsole 4 and an outsole 5. The upper surface of the outsole 5 is bonded. The upper 2 is suspended from the insole 16 and then adhered to the upper surface of the midsole 4 so as to be integrated with the shoe sole 3 to constitute the shoe 1.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a lateral groove 8 and a longitudinal groove 9 are provided in a stepped portion of the lower surface of the midsole 4, and the lateral groove 8 and the longitudinal groove 9 communicate with each other. Further, the lateral groove 8 reaches the left and right side surfaces of the midsole 4 and communicates with the opening 6 for ventilation. Further, the lateral groove 8 is formed so that the groove gradually becomes deeper from both side surfaces of the midsole 4 to the central portion in the lateral width direction, and constitutes an arch-shaped vent (see FIG. 4). In this way, by making the arch-shaped vent holes inclined downward from the center in the width direction to the both side faces, the drainage performance is increased and the inflow of water is compared to the case of a horizontal vent hole. Can be minimized. Further, since the ventilation opening 6 is provided on the side surface of the shoe sole 3, the inflow of water into the shoe can be reduced as compared with the case where the ventilation opening 6 is provided on the bottom surface of the shoe sole. Can increase the life of the shoe.

A through hole 10 is provided at each intersection of the horizontal groove 8 and the vertical groove 9 from the lower surface of the midsole 4 to the recess 7 formed on the upper surface of the midsole 4 (see FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 5, a protrusion 11 is provided on the front foot side of the upper surface of the outsole 5, and the protrusion 11 includes a first protrusion (lateral protrusion) 12 and a second protrusion (vertical direction). Of the projection 13). The protrusion 11 protrudes upward along the horizontal groove 8 and the vertical groove 9 provided on the lower surface of the midsole 4. When the midsole 4 and the outsole 5 are bonded together, the grooves 8 and 9 and the protrusion The protruding dimension of the protrusion 11 is determined so that the height of the vent hole constituted by the line 11 is substantially uniform. Specifically, the lateral protrusions 12 are formed so that the projecting dimension gradually increases from both side surfaces of the outsole 5 to the central portion in the lateral width direction.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a special ventilation waterproof sheet 14 that has a shape corresponding to the planar shape of the concave portion 7 provided on the upper surface of the midsole 4 and that allows air to pass therethrough and does not allow water to pass therethrough Is pasted.

On the upper surface of the breathable waterproof sheet 14, a cushion material 15 made of a breathable open-cell sponge material is disposed. The shape of the cushion material 15 is the same as or slightly smaller than the breathable waterproof sheet 14 in the plane shape, and the height is substantially the same as or larger than the height of the recess 7. It is fitted and arranged. The material of the cushion material 15 is not limited to a sponge material, and may be an elastic material having air permeability.

The insole 16 is provided with an opening at a portion facing the cushion material 15, and a breathable sheet 17 using a breathable material such as a nonwoven fabric having a mesh structure is attached to the opening. .

The insole 18 is formed of a breathable material and is disposed on the breathable sheet 17.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the structure with improved air permeability and drainage is not limited to the structure provided only on the forefoot side stepping part, but the heel part other than the forefoot side stepping part. It is also possible to provide a similar structure.

Thus, by providing the heel portion with the above structure, it is possible to ventilate from the forefoot stepping portion and the heel portion, and it is possible to provide a shoe with further improved air permeability.
Example 1
The shoe according to the present invention is not limited to the case where the lateral grooves 8, the longitudinal grooves 9, the lateral protrusions 12 and the longitudinal protrusions 13 are provided as described above, but the longitudinal grooves 9 and the longitudinal protrusions. The ventilation of the present invention can also be configured so that it does not have the stripes 13 but has only the lateral grooves 8 and the lateral projections 12, and the ventilation holes extend only in the lateral direction, and the through holes 10 are evenly arranged in the lateral grooves 8. -The drainage effect can be achieved (see FIG. 9A and FIG. 9B).
(Example 2)
Further, in addition to the case where the vent hole has an arch shape, the lateral groove 8 is formed so that the groove is gradually and gradually deepened from both side surfaces of the midsole 4 to the center portion in the lateral width direction. 5 is formed so that the projecting dimension gradually increases linearly from the both side surfaces to the center portion in the width direction, and the vent hole is linearly inclined downward toward the both side surfaces with the center in the width direction as a vertex. It is good also as a shape (refer Fig.10 (a)).
