Description
本発明の第1実施形態にかかる燃料電池用スタックを備える燃料電池の概略構成を示す模式構成図を図1に示す。また、図1に示す燃料電池101が備える燃料電池用スタック(以降、スタックという。)の模式分解図を図2に示す。
なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その他種々の態様で実施できる。例えば、本発明の第2実施形態にかかる燃料電池が備えるMEA−枠接合体85の模式部分斜視図を図8Aに示し、図8AのB−B線断面図を図8Bに示す。なお、以降の説明においては、上記第1実施形態のMEA−枠接合体と同じ構成部材には同じ参照番号を付してその説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態にかかる燃料電池が備えるMEA−枠接合体95の模式部分斜視図を図9に示す。図9に示すように、本第3実施形態のMEA−枠接合体95は、射出成形における樹脂注入口であるゲートの位置が、さらに上記第1及び第2実施形態と相違する。具体的には、カソード側の外側弾性部材3cと内側弾性部材4cとの間において、連結弾性部材6c間のスペースにゲート跡部97が配置されている。なお、このゲート跡部97の図示真下の位置には、枠体2を貫通するように貫通孔2dが形成されている。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態にかかる燃料電池が備えるMEA−枠接合体115の模式部分断面図を図10に示す。図10に示すように、本第4実施形態のMEA−枠接合体115は、外側弾性部材3b、3cと内側弾性部材4b、4cとの間に、それぞれの弾性部材沿いに延在して配置された中間弾性部材118b、118cをさらに備える点において、上記それぞれの実施形態と相違している。さらに、中間弾性部材118b、118cは、外側弾性部材3b、3cと、複数の連結弾性部材119b、119cにより連結されている。また、中間弾性部材118b、118cは、内側弾性部材4b、4cと、複数の連結弾性部材6b、6cにより連結されている。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態にかかる燃料電池が備えるMEA−枠接合体125の模式部分斜視図を図11に示す。図11に示すように、本第5実施形態のMEA−枠接合体125は、それぞれの連結弾性部材126a、126b、126cの断面積を、ゲート跡部(ゲート)7からの距離に比例して大きくなるように形成している点において、上記それぞれの実施形態と相違する。すなわち、図11において、ゲート跡部7に一番近い位置に配置されている連結弾性部材126aの断面積が一番小さく、次に連結弾性部材126bの断面積、そして連結弾性部材126cの断面積というように順に大きくなるように、それぞれの断面積が設定されている。
次に、本発明の第6実施形態にかかる燃料電池が備えるMEA−枠接合体135の製造方法について、図12A及び図12Bの模式説明図を用いて説明する。
ここで、上記第1実施形態の構成を有するMEA−枠接合体15における内側弾性部材に相当する第2の樹脂流路における弾性体樹脂の圧力分布(実施例)と、比較例にかかるMEA−枠接合体の樹脂流路として、連通樹脂流路を有さない樹脂流路での圧力分布の測定を行った結果を図13のグラフに示す。

上記枠体のうち上記電極が形成される側の端面に配置されると共に上記電極の外縁沿いに延在して配置される内側弾性部材と、上記枠体のうち上記セパレータが設けられる側の両面に形成されかつ上記内側弾性部材に沿って延在して配置される外側弾性部材とを備え、上記内側弾性部材は、上記枠体の上記セパレータが設けられる側の上記枠体の表面よりも突出し、上記外側弾性部材は、上記セパレータに形成される凹部に対向して配置され、上記単電池モジュールが組み立てられた状態において、上記内側及び外側弾性部材はそれぞれ弾性変形して上記電極,上記電解質膜及び上記枠体と、上記セパレータとの間を密着封止する、
高分子電解質型燃料電池。 - 上記請求項1に記載の高分子電解質型燃料電池に冷却水を循環供給するためのポンプと、
前記冷却水により除去された熱を流体に熱交換するための熱交換器と、
熱交換された流体を貯留させる貯湯タンクと、を備える、燃料電池。 - 上記請求項1に記載の高分子電解質型燃料電池の運転制御を行う運転制御装置と、
上記高分子電解質型燃料電池にて発電された電気を取り出す電気出力部と、を備える、請求項2に記載の燃料電池。
