Description
前記オリフィスは、ハウジングの外部に配置され、
前記配管の少なくとも一つのオリフィスの両端側には、連結手段が設置され、
該連結手段は、前記配管内に冷媒ガスを保持したまま、分離/結合可能な構造を有し、
前記連結手段を分離した際に、前記オリフィスを含む取り外し可能なユニット部分が形成されることを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 冷媒ガスを高圧にして送出し、低圧の冷媒ガスを吸引する圧縮機と、冷媒ガスが流通する蓄冷管およびパルス管を備えるコールドヘッドが接続されたハウジングと、冷媒ガスの流れを制御する1または2以上のオリフィスと、前記ハウジングと前記圧縮機の間に接続されたバルブユニットとを有するパルス管冷凍機であって、
前記圧縮機、前記バルブユニット、前記ハウジングおよび前記オリフィスは、配管によって連結され、
前記オリフィスの少なくとも一つは、前記ハウジングおよび前記バルブユニットの外側に延在する第1の配管に配置され、該第1の配管は、前記バルブユニットと接続され、
前記第1の配管、前記圧縮機と前記バルブユニットをつなぐ第2の配管、および前記バルブユニットと前記ハウジングをつなぐ第3の配管には、それぞれ、連結手段が設置され、
該連結手段は、前記配管内に冷媒ガスを保持したまま、分離/結合可能な構造を有し、
前記連結手段を分離した際に、前記オリフィスの少なくとも一つおよび前記バルブユニットを含む取り外し可能なユニット部分が構成されることを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 前記連結手段を分離した際に、前記バルブユニットと、前記1または2以上のオリフィスの全てを含む、一つの取り外し可能なユニット部分が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス管冷凍機。
- 前記連結手段の少なくとも一つは、セルフシーリング・カップリングで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス管冷凍機。
