Description
され、例えば、冷間加工量の多いフランジ付きボルト等では、粗引き伸線をした後、高温、長時間の球状化焼鈍が施される。
Cは、機械構造用部品としての強度を増加するために必要な元素であるが、0.1%未満では最終製品の強度が不足し、また0.30%を超えると球状化焼鈍後の硬さが軟化せず、むしろ最終製品の靭性の劣化を招くので、C含有量を0.1〜0.30%とした。
Claims (4)
- 質量%でC:0.1〜0.30%、Si:0.01〜0.5%、Mn:0.3〜0.9%、残部Fe及び不可避不純物からなる鋼であって、JIS G 0552で規定するフェライト結晶粒度番号が9以上であり、フェライト組織分率が30面積%以上、残部がパーライト、ベイナイト、マルテンサイト又はこれらの混合組織から成り、ベイナイト+マルテンサイト組織分率が残部の50面積%以上であることを特徴とする冷間鍛造用熱間圧延線材。
- 質量%で更にCr:0.2〜2.0%、Mo:0.1〜1.0%、Ni:0.3〜1.5%、Cu:1.0%以下、B:0.005%以下のうち1種又は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷間鍛造用熱間圧延線材。
- 質量%で更にTi:0.005〜0.04%、Nb:0.005〜0.1%、V:0.03〜0.3%のうち1種又は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の冷間鍛造用熱間圧延線材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の鋼成分を有する鋼を、Ar3点からAr3点+150℃の温度範囲で仕上圧延後、Ar1点から300℃の間を5〜40℃/秒の冷却速度で冷却することにより、JIS G 0552で規定するフェライト結晶粒度番号が9以上であり、フェライト組織分率が30面積%以上、残部がパーライト、ベイナイト、マルテンサイト又はこれらの混合組織から成り、ベイナイト+マルテンサイト組織分率が残部の50面積%以上とすることを特徴とする冷間鍛造用熱間圧延線材の製造方法。
