Description
Claims (4)
- 原動機側に配置される駆動側プーリと、一方向クラッチを介して駆動輪に動力を伝達する従動側プーリと、前記駆動側プーリと前記従動側プーリの間に巻き掛けられるベルトと、エンジンのクランク軸と前記駆動側プーリとの間に接続されて前記クランク軸が所定回転数以上に達した場合に前記クランク軸からの動力を前記駆動側プーリに対して伝達する発進クラッチと、前記駆動側プーリの溝幅を変更することで変速比を変える変速比制御手段とを具備する無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記無段変速機の変速比を検出する変速比検出手段と、
前記駆動側プーリの回転数を検出するプーリ回転数検出手段と、
スロットル開度を検出するスロットル開度検出手段と、
前記スロットル開度が所定値以下になった場合に前記エンジンを停止させる制御を行う走行制御部とを具備し、
前記変速比制御手段は、前記エンジンが前記走行制御部によって停止された場合に、前記駆動側プーリを駆動して前記変速比をローレシオ側に戻す変速比制御を開始し、かつ前記変速比制御の開始時期を、前記変速比および前記駆動側プーリの回転状態の少なくとも一方に応じて可変することを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記変速比制御手段は、前記無段変速機の変速比が高い状態であるほど前記駆動側プーリの回転数が高いところから変速比制御を開始することを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記変速比制御手段は、制御信号のデューティ比に基づいて出力量が変化するアクチュエータを含み、前記無段変速機の変速比が高い状態にあるほど前記アクチュエータに供給する制御信号のデューティ比を大きくして前記駆動側プーリを速く動かすことを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の変速制御装置において、
前記変速比制御手段は、制御信号のデューティ比に基づいて出力量が変化するアクチュエータを含み、前記駆動側プーリの回転速度変化率が高い状態にあるほど前記アクチュエータに供給する制御信号のデューティ比を大きくして前記駆動側プーリを速く動かすことを特徴とする無段変速機の変速制御装置。
