Claims (5)
- 排気管途中の選択還元型触媒に還元剤を添加してNOxを還元浄化するようにした排気浄化装置の異常検知方法であって、運転期間中の触媒温度を監視して各温度帯ごとの積算時間を記録しておき、その各温度帯での積算時間に基づきNOx低減性能の劣化係数を各温度帯ごとに決定し、該各温度帯ごとに予め決められている基準NOx低減率に前記劣化係数を温度帯別に乗算して前記基準NOx低減率を更新し、この更新した基準NOx低減率を次回の運転時に使用して実測のNOx低減率とその測定温度帯の基準NOx低減率とを比較し、基準NOx低減率に対する実測のNOx低減率の偏差が所要範囲内に収まらない時に異常判定を下すことを特徴とする排気浄化装置の異常検知方法。
- 選択還元型触媒の入口と出口に配置したNOxセンサによりNOx低減率を計測し、このNOx低減率に前記各NOxセンサの使用時間に応じた経時劣化係数を乗算して実測のNOx低減率を補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置の異常検知方法。
- エンジンの運転状態から導き出したHCとCOの発生量に基づき被毒係数を決定し、この被毒係数を基準NOx低減率に更に乗算して補正することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置の異常検知方法。
- 基準NOx低減率に対する実測のNOx低減率の偏差が所要範囲を下回っている時に選択還元型触媒の異常劣化を判定し且つ上回っている時にはセンサ類の異常を判定することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の排気浄化装置の異常検知方法。
- 基準NOx低減率が所定値を下回った時に選択還元型触媒の交換時期が近いことを判定することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の排気浄化装置の異常検知方法。
