Abstract
【解決手段】液晶表示ユニット110の背面に設けられた反射シート126に対向して、 電子部品が実装されたメイン基板130が配置されている。メイン基板130の反射シート126側の面132には、液晶表示ユニット110とメイン基板130との間に設けられたフレキシブル基板140が接続されている。フレキシブル基板140と、反射シート126との間には、反射シートを覆う保護シート150が介設されている。

Description
また、本発明の携帯端末装置は、基板と、前記基板の表面に接続されたフレキシブル基板と、前記基板の裏面に実装された電子部品と、反射シートを有し、前記基板の表面側に配置された液晶表示ユニットと、前記反射シートに接し、前記フレキシブル基板の厚みによる段差部分を覆うように前記基板の表面に取り付けられた保護シートと、を備えた構成を採る。
図1は、本発明に係る実施の形態1の電子機器の液晶表示モジュール及びメイン基板の配置状態を示す要部斜視図であり、図2は、同電子機器の備える液晶表示モジュール及び メイン基板を示す部分断面図である。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電子機器の備える液晶表示モジュール及びメイン基板を示す部分断面図、図4は同電子機器のメイン基板の平面図、図5は図4に示すメイン基板のA−A線矢視断面図である。
図8は、本発明に係る実施の形態3の電子機器が備える液晶表示モジュール及びメイン基板の配置状態を示す要部斜視図、図9は、同電子機器の備える液晶表示モジュール及びメイン基板を示す部分断面図である。
図10は本発明の実施の形態4に係る電子機器の備える液晶表示モジュール及びメイン基板を示す部分断面図である。なお、この電子機器400は、図1及び図2に示す実施の形態1に対応する電子機器100と同様に、液晶表示モジュール112を含む液晶表示ユニット110を備える携帯電話機などの携帯端末である。なお、電子機器400において電子機器100と同一の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の表面に接続されたフレキシブル基板と、
前記基板の裏面に実装された電子部品と、
前記電子部品を被覆するモールド部と、
ガラス面と反射シートを有し、前記基板の表面側に配置された液晶表示ユニットと、
前記反射シートと前記フレキシブル基板との間に設けられ、前記フレキシブル基板の厚みによる段差部分を覆う保護シートと、を備え、
前記モールド部は前記液晶表示ユニットのガラス面の領域より大きな領域を有する携帯端末装置。 - 基板と、
前記基板の表面に接続されたフレキシブル基板と、
前記基板の裏面に実装された電子部品と、
反射シートを有し、前記基板の表面側に配置された液晶表示ユニットと、
前記反射シートに接し、前記フレキシブル基板の厚みによる段差部分を覆うように前記基板の表面に取り付けられた保護シートと、を備えた携帯端末装置。 - 請求項2記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記電子部品を被覆するモールド部を備えた携帯端末装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記フレキシブル基板は、前記基板の表面に異方性導電フィルムを用いて接続された携帯端末装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記フレキシブル基板は前記液晶表示ユニットに接続された携帯端末装置。 - 請求項5記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記フレキシブル基板は、接続された前記基板と前記液晶表示ユニットとの間から外方に導出され、前記液晶表示ユニットの表示面側に折曲された導出部を有する携帯端末装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記フレキシブル基板は、第1のフレキシブル基板と第2のフレキシブル基板からなる携帯端末装置 - 請求項7に記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記第1のフレキシブル基板は前記液晶表示ユニットに接続された携帯端末装置。 - 請求項8に記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記第1のフレキシブル基板は、接続された前記基板と前記液晶表示ユニットとの間から外方に導出され、前記液晶表示ユニットの表示面側に折曲された導出部を有する携帯端末装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の携帯端末装置であって、
前記保護シートは、前記液晶表示ユニットの表示面の表示領域と同じ表面積を有するとともに前記反射シートにおいて前記表示面の表示領域に対応した領域を覆う携帯端末装置。
