Description
識別エレメントがバンドのような密接容量本体からの静電荷に対していかに正確に敏感であっても、例えば、水を入れたビンまたはプラスチック材料の被覆が本質的にはアンテナ・コイルの全キャパシタンスによって決まる。キャパシタンスが低くなればなるほど、共振回路がこの種の静電荷によってより速く共振を外す。集積回路に見られる慣用のコンデンサと本発明にもとづいて用いられるアンテナ・コイルとの差異について再び考えてみる。キャパシタンスが集積回路から十分に派生されるとき、それは代表的には、10−100pFの範囲内にある。この種の共振回路は比較的容易に共振を外して、審問範囲をきわめて不利な仕方で大きく拘束する。既に指摘したように、本発明の場合、全キャパシタンスの大部分がアンテナ・コイルから供給される。後者は、代表的には500pF−5nFのキャパシタンスを有する。このことは、例えば、共振回路が物理的接触による静電荷の結果として共振外れになることは、実際問題として不可能であることを意味する。
本発明の方法の有利な考え方によれば、半導体の製造から当該技術においては公知の方法によってチップとアンテナ・コイルとの間に接触を行うことが提案される。
図2に示すアンテナ・コイル1,2は図3に再び示されているが、アンテナ・コイル1,2は特定の領域において電気的に相互に接続されている。2つの共振回路は、好ましくは異なる共振周波数範囲で共振するように励起され、領域4a,4bにおいて電気的接続によってつくられる。

Claims (9)
- 識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体であって、各エレメントがそれぞれ共振回路を有しており、前記共振回路の各々がコイルとキャパシタンスとを備え、前記コイルが2つの導電体のアンテナ・コイルを使用して形成され、一つのアンテナ・コイルが誘電層により他方のアンテナ・コイルから分離され、双方のアンテナ・コイルが共通の領域で電気的に結合されると同時に前記キャパシタンスを形成する、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項1に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記識別エレメントの共振回路が集積回路を備えている、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項2に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記集積回路が非カプセル化チップである、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項3に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記各アンテナ・コイルが内側のコイル巻きと外側のコイル巻きとを備え、前記内側のコイル巻き及び外側のコイル巻きが相互に反対方向に巻かれている、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項4に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記内側のコイル巻きが前記集積回路に電気的に結合されている、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項4又は5に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記外側のコイル巻きが相互に電気的に結合されていて前記安全エレメントの共振回路の前記共通の領域を形成する、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項6に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記安全エレメントの共振回路が8.2MHzの範囲内の審問周波数に応答して共振する、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項6に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記識別エレメントの共振回路が13.56MHzの範囲内の審問周波数に応答して共振する、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
- 請求項6に記載の識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体において、前記共振回路の各々が、前記内側のコイル巻きと外側のコイル巻きのそれぞれに、同調のための領域を有する、識別エレメントと安全エレメントの組合体。
