Description
排気通路にタービンを有し且つ吸気通路にコンプレッサを有し更にノズルベーンの開度により排気の通路断面積を調整する可変容量型ターボチャージャを備え、
前記タービンよりも下流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサよりも上流の吸気通路とを接続し内燃機関からの排気の一部を吸気通路に還流させる低圧EGR通路と、
車両の減速時または内燃機関のフューエルカット時に、前記低圧EGR通路内にEGRガスを流す減速時EGR手段と、
前記減速時EGR手段によりEGRガスが流されているときに、前記ノズルベーンの開度を調節して吸気通路内の圧力を目標圧力に向かわせる減速時過給手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
前記低圧EGR通路が接続される箇所よりも下流の前記排気通路を流通する排気の量を調節する排気絞り弁と、
をさらに備え、
前記減速時EGR手段は、前記低圧EGR弁を全閉よりも開き側の開度とし且つ前記排気絞り弁を全開よりも閉じ側の開度として前記低圧EGR通路にEGRガスを流すことができる。

前記低圧EGR通路が接続される箇所よりも上流の前記吸気通路を流通する吸気の量を調節する吸気絞り弁と、

前記空燃比記憶手段に記憶されている空燃比に基づいて前記高圧EGR弁の開度を変更することにより実際の空燃比を目標空燃比に向かわせる空燃比調節手段と、
をさらに備えることができる。

Claims (4)
- 排気通路にタービンを有し且つ吸気通路にコンプレッサを有し更にノズルベーンの開度により排気の通路断面積を調整する可変容量型ターボチャージャを備え、
前記タービンよりも下流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサよりも上流の吸気通路とを接続し内燃機関からの排気の一部を吸気通路に還流させる低圧EGR通路と、
車両の減速時または内燃機関のフューエルカット時に、前記低圧EGR通路内にEGRガスを流す減速時EGR手段と、
前記減速時EGR手段によりEGRガスが流されているときに、前記ノズルベーンの開度を調節して吸気通路内の圧力を目標圧力に向かわせる減速時過給手段と、
前記タービンよりも上流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサよりも下流の吸気通路とを接続し内燃機関からの排気の一部を吸気通路に還流させる高圧EGR通路と、
前記高圧EGR通路を流通するEGRガスの量を調節する高圧EGR弁と、
車両の減速直前の空燃比または内燃機関のフューエルカット直前の空燃比を記憶する空燃比記憶手段と、
車両の減速状態または内燃機関のフューエルカット状態から加速状態に移行したときに、前記空燃比記憶手段に記憶されている空燃比に基づいて、前記高圧EGR弁の開度を変更することにより実際の空燃比を目標空燃比に向かわせる空燃比調節手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 前記低圧EGR通路を流通するEGRガスの量を調節する低圧EGR弁と、
前記低圧EGR通路が接続される箇所よりも下流の前記排気通路を流通する排気の量を調節する排気絞り弁と、
をさらに備え、
前記減速時EGR手段は、前記低圧EGR弁を全閉よりも開き側の開度とし且つ前記排気絞り弁を全開よりも閉じ側の開度として前記低圧EGR通路にEGRガスを流すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 前記低圧EGR通路を流通するEGRガスの量を調節する低圧EGR弁と、
前記低圧EGR通路が接続される箇所よりも上流の前記吸気通路を流通する吸気の量を調節する吸気絞り弁と、
をさらに備え、
前記減速時EGR手段は、前記低圧EGR弁を全閉よりも開き側の開度とし且つ前記吸気絞り弁を全開よりも閉じ側の開度として前記低圧EGR通路にEGRガスを流すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 前記減速時EGR手段は、前記高圧EGR弁を全開よりも閉じ側の開度とすることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
