Description
Claims (1)
- フッ素の含有量が100から1000wt.ppmであるシリカガラスからなるコアを有し、このコアの周囲に前記コアよりも屈折率の低いクラッドを有する光ファイバーを紡糸後、500から900℃の温度範囲で水素含浸処理を行う紫外光伝送用光ファイバーの製造方法において、紡糸時にクラッドの外周に保護層を被覆し、前記水素含浸処理時に前記保護層を除去し、前記水素含浸処理をした後に保護層を再被覆することを特徴とする紫外光伝送用光ファイバーの製造方法。
