特に、本発明の車輪支持用転がり軸受ユニットに於いては、上記円筒部の外周面は、上記段差面側が大径で、この円筒部の先端縁側がこの先端縁に対応する端縁も含めて小径になっている。

Claims (1)
- 一端部外周面に第一のフランジを、中間部外周面に直接又は別体の内輪を介して第一の内輪軌道を、それぞれ設けたハブと、このハブの他端部に形成された、上記第一の内輪軌道を形成した部分よりも外径寸法が小さくなった段部と、外周面に第二の内輪軌道を形成して上記段部に外嵌した内輪と、外周面に第二のフランジを、内周面に上記第一の内輪軌道に対向する第一の外輪軌道及び上記第二の内輪軌道に対向する第二の外輪軌道を、それぞれ形成した外輪と、上記第一、第二の内輪軌道と上記第一、第二の外輪軌道との間に、それぞれ複数個ずつ設けた転動体とを備え、上記ハブの他端部で少なくとも上記段部に外嵌した内輪よりも突出した部分に形成した円筒部を直径方向外方にかしめ広げる事で形成したかしめ部により、上記段部に外嵌した内輪をこの段部の段差面に向け抑え付けて、この段部に外嵌した内輪を上記ハブに結合固定した車輪支持用転がり軸受ユニットに於いて、上記円筒部の外周面は、上記段差面側が大径で、この円筒部の先端縁側がこの先端縁に対応する端縁も含めて小径になっている事を特徴とする車輪支持用転がり軸受ユニット。
