Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用の噴射ノズル(4)において、
第1ノズル出口(12)、第2ノズル出口(18)及び燃料用の第1送達チャンバー(50)を有するノズル本体(6)と、
前記第1ノズル出口(12)を通る燃料噴射を制御するために、外側弁シート(24)と係合可能な外側弁ニードル(10)と、
前記第2ノズル出口(18)を通る燃料噴射を制御するために、内側弁シート(25)と係合可能な、肩(15)を備えた内側弁ニードル(14)であって、前記外側弁ニードル(10)は、軸方向孔(16)を備え、前記内側弁ニードル(14)が前記軸方向孔(16)内において摺動可能であるような内側弁ニードル(14)と、
前記内側弁ニードル(14)に連結されたスリーブ部材(82)と、前記外側弁ニードル(10)に連結されたリング部材(80)であって、前記リング部材(80)と前記スリーブ部材(82)はそれぞれ第1及び第2端面(80a,80b;82a,82b)を有する、前記スリーブ部材(82)及び前記リング部材(80)と、
を備え、
前記外側弁ニードル(10)と前記内側弁ニードル(14)が着座したとき、前記噴射ノズルは、前記リング部材(80)の前記第1面(80a)は、前記スリーブ部材(82)の前記第1端面(82a)と向き合って所定距離(L)だけ離間しており、前記リング部材(80)の前記第2端面(80b)は、前記内側弁ニードル(14)に設けられた肩(15) に当接するように構成されており、
前記リング部材(80)は、前記外側弁ニードル(10)が所定距離(L)よりも大きい距離にわたって軸方向に移動するとき、前記スリーブ部材(82)と係合され、前記内側弁ニードル(14)に軸方向移動をもたらすようになっていることを特徴とする噴射ノズル。 - 前記スリーブ部材(82)は、実質的に管状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記リング部材(80)は、実質的に管状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記スリーブ部材(82)は、摩擦係合によって、前記内側弁ニードル(14)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記リング部材(80)は、摩擦係合によって、前記外側弁ニードル(10)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記外側弁ニードル(10)は、前記外側弁シート(24)によって画成された第1及び第2シート点(24a、24b)と係合する第1及び第2シートライン(11、13)を画成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記第1シートライン(11)と前記第1シート点(24a)との間の協働作用によって、前記第1送達チャンバー(50)と前記第1ノズル出口(12)との間の燃料流れが制御され、前記第2シートライン(13)と前記第2シート点(24b)との間の協働作用によって、第2送達チャンバー(56)と前記第1ノズル出口(12)との間の燃料流れが制御され、前記第1送達チャンバー(50)は、前記軸方向孔(16)の領域によって少なくとも部分的に画成された補助流路(B)を介して、前記第2送達チャンバー(56)と連通していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 前記補助流路(B)は、前記外側弁ニードル(10)内に画成された少なくとも1つの径方向通路(52)によってさらに画成され、前記径方向通路(52)は、前記軸方向孔(16)及び前記第1送達チャンバー(50)と流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の噴射ノズル。
- 内燃機関に用いられる噴射器(2)であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射ノズル(4)と、前記外側弁ニードル(10)の軸方向運動を制御するためのアクチェータ(30)とを備えていることを特徴とする噴射器。
- 前記アクチェータは、圧電アクチェータ(30)であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の噴射器。
