Claims (5)
- 機械正面から見て手前側が低くなるよう傾斜したスラント型ベッドと、該ベッドの一側部に配置された主軸台と、上記ベッドの手前側に位置する低所部分に上記主軸台の軸線と直交するX軸方向及び該軸線に平行なZ軸方向に移動可能に配置された第1タレットと、上記ベッドの奥側に位置する高所部分に上記X軸方向及びZ軸方向に移動可能に配置された第2タレットとを備えた工作機械において、
上記第1タレットは、上記ベッド上に上記Z軸方向に移動可能に配置されたベース部材と、該ベース部材上に上記X軸方向に移動可能に配置されたスライド台と、該スライド台を上記X軸方向に移動させる一対のX軸送り機構と、上記スライド台の、上記一対のX軸送り機構間部分に上記X軸及びZ軸を含む平面に直交するY軸方向に移動可能に配置されたラムと、該ラムに取り付けられたタレット本体及びタレットヘッドとを備え、上記ラムの下端部に、該ラムをY軸方向に移動させるY軸駆動ユニットが連結されており、該Y軸駆動ユニットは上記左,右のX軸送り機構の間に配置されていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1において、上記Y軸駆動ユニットは、上記ラムの下端部に固定されたナット部材と、該ナット部材に螺挿されたボールねじと、該ボールねじに連結されたY軸送りモータとを有し、
該Y軸送りモータ及びボールねじは上記ラムと並列に配置され、Y軸直角方向に見たとき、上記ラムの下端部と、上記ボールねじ及びY軸送りモータの大部分とは、上記ベース部材に形成された逃げ開口内に、かつ互いにラップするように配置されていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1において、 上記ラムをスライド可能に支持するラムガイドが上記スライド台から上記Y軸方向に突出するよう形成され、該突出部は横断面視で円形をなしていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項3において、 上記ラムガイドにこれの外周を囲む筒状のガイドカバーが軸方向に摺動可能に装着され、該ガイドカバーの上端部は上記ラムの上端部又は該ラムに取り付けられたタレット本体に接続固定されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項1において、 上記ラムは多角形をなし、該多角形の複数の辺を構成する面がスライド面となっており、上記ラムガイドの内周面にはスライダ取付面が形成されており、該スライダ取付面にスライダが上記スライド面に平行に取り付けられていることを特徴とする工作機械。
