Abstract
【解決手段】カーカス層4を各ビード部3に配置されたビードコア5の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側へ巻き上げ、ビードコア5上に配置されたビードフィラー6をカーカス層の本体部4aと巻き上げ部4bとで挟み込むと共に、カーカス層の巻き上げ部4bをベルト層8の端部と重なるように該ベルト層8の下方域まで延在させた空気入りタイヤにおいて、ビードフィラー6のビードヒールからの高さHを25mm以下とし、ビードフィラー6の断面積を65mm2 以下とし、ビードフィラー6を構成するゴム組成物の60℃でのtanδを0.20以下とする。

Description
試験タイヤをリムサイズ18×8Jのホイールに嵌合して排気量4000ccクラスの車両に装着し、空気圧250kPaの条件で、テストドライバーによる200kmの連続走行を実施し、走行初期の操縦安定性と走行終期の操縦安定性との間の変化について官能評価を実施した。評価結果は、合格レベルを100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど性能変化が少ないことを意味する。

Claims (4)
- 車両装着時におけるタイヤ表裏の装着方向が指定された空気入りタイヤであって、一対のビード部間にタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が75°〜90°の範囲にある1プライ構造のカーカス層を装架し、トレッド部におけるカーカス層の外周側にベルト層を配置し、前記カーカス層を各ビード部に配置されたビードコアの廻りにタイヤ内側から外側へ巻き上げ、前記ビードコア上に配置されたビードフィラーを前記カーカス層の本体部と巻き上げ部とで挟み込むと共に、前記カーカス層の巻き上げ部を前記ベルト層の端部と重なるように該ベルト層の下方域まで延在させた空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記ビードフィラーのビードヒールからの高さを10mm以上25mm以下とし、該ビードフィラーの断面積を15mm2 以上65mm2 以下とし、該ビードフィラーを構成するゴム組成物の60℃でのtanδを0.03以上0.20以下とし、前記ビード部にタイヤ周方向に対して傾斜する有機繊維コードを含む有機繊維補強層を前記ビードコア及び前記ビードフィラーを包み込むように埋設し、前記有機繊維補強層のタイヤ内面側の端部を前記ビードフィラーの頂点よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置し、前記有機繊維補強層のタイヤ外面側の端部をタイヤ内面側の端部よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置すると共に、前記トレッド部にゴム組成物が異なる少なくとも2種類のキャップトレッドゴム層をタイヤ幅方向に隣接するように配置し、車両外側となるキャップトレッドゴム層を構成するゴム組成物の60℃でのtanδを車両内側となるキャップトレッドゴム層を構成するゴム組成物の60℃でのtanδよりも高くし、前記少なくとも2種類のキャップトレッドゴム層を構成するゴム組成物の60℃でのtanδの最高値tanδHと最低値tanδLの比(tanδH/tanδL)を1.05〜1.80の範囲とした空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも2種類のキャップトレッドゴム層の境界をトレッド部でタイヤ周方向に延びる主溝の下に配置した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 車両装着時におけるタイヤ表裏の装着方向が指定された空気入りタイヤであって、前記トレッド部にタイヤ周方向に延びる少なくとも1本の主溝を設け、かつトレッドセンターから車両外側の接地領域での溝面積比率GAoが該トレッドセンターから車両内側の接地領域での溝面積比率GAiよりも小さくなる非対称トレッドパターンを形成した請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 全接地領域での溝面積比率GAを20%〜40%の範囲とし、車両外側の接地領域での溝面積比率GAoと車両内側の接地領域での溝面積比率GAiとの差(GAi−GAo)を1%〜15%の範囲とした請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
