Claims (2)
- 車両に搭載された内燃機関の排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における捕集物の量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、前記車両の走行距離を検出する走行距離検出手段と、筒内燃料噴射制御におけるポスト噴射を行って排気温度を上昇させて強制的に捕集物を燃焼して該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を再生させる強制再生制御手段と、ドライバーに対して強制再生制御手段の作動を促す警告手段と、前記強制再生制御手段による再生回数をカウントする再生回数検出手段とを有し、車両の停止時のドライバーの手動スイッチの操作によって強制再生制御手段の作動させて強制再生を行う手動再生と、車両の走行中に自動的に強制再生制御手段を作動させて強制再生を行う走行自動再生とを行うディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えたディーゼルエンジンの排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法において、
前記捕集量検出手段により検出された捕集物の量が、前記所定の判定用捕集量を超えた場合に、走行距離に対する再生回数の指標となる再生回数係数を、所定の判定用係数値と比較し、前記再生回数係数が、前記所定の判定用係数値より小さい時には、前記走行自動再生を行い、前記再生回数係数が、前記所定の判定用係数値以上の時には、ドライバーに対して前記手動再生を促す警告を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 車両に搭載された内燃機関の排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における捕集物の量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、前記車両の走行距離を検出する走行距離検出手段と、筒内燃料噴射制御におけるポスト噴射を行って排気温度を上昇させて強制的に捕集物を燃焼して該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を再生させる強制再生制御手段と、ドライバーに対して強制再生制御手段の作動を促す警告手段と、前記強制再生制御手段による再生回数をカウントする再生回数検出手段とを有し、車両の停止時のドライバーの手動スイッチの操作によって強制再生制御手段の作動させて強制再生を行う手動再生と、車両の走行中に自動的に強制再生制御手段を作動させて強制再生を行う走行自動再生とを行うディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えたディーゼルエンジンの排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、前記捕集量検出手段により検出された捕集物の量が、前記所定の判定用捕集量を超えた場合に、走行距離に対する再生回数の指標となる再生回数係数を、所定の判定用係数値と比較し、前記再生回数係数が、前記所定の判定用係数値より小さい時には、前記走行自動再生を行い、前記再生回数係数が、前記所定の判定用係数値以上の時には、ドライバーに対して前記手動再生を促す警告を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
