1. サンプル適用部位は、比較的大きな領域内にあり、試験ストリップの全幅にわたり自由に選択することができる。
2. 本発明に係るデバイスは、使用に供されるすべての位置で自動供給型である。
3. 本発明に係るデバイスは、側方からだけでなく上方からもサンプルを充填することができるので、ピペット、キャピラリーを用いた適用または体表面(指先、下腕など)からの直接のサンプル適用が可能である。したがって、とくに、本発明に係るデバイスが分析試験エレメントである場合、さまざまな市場分野(ホームモニタリング市場、専門家向け市場)で役立ちうる。
4. 適用されるサンプルの量に関して、本発明に係るデバイスは、非常に柔軟性がある。なぜなら、適用領域のデザインにより、最小必要サンプル体積を増大させる必要なくデバイスにさまざまなサンプル体積を適用することができるからである。
5. 好ましい実施形態では、デバイスの内部の過剰サンプルを安全に取り込むことによりサンプル量の過剰供給を防ぐ手段を提供することができる。
図1は、本発明に係る分析試験エレメント(1)の上面図を示している。図1は、図2と組み合わせて、中間レイヤー(7)が両面接着テープの形態で接着されたキャリヤー(5)から分析試験エレメント(1)がいかに構成されるかを示している。中間レイヤー(7)は、毛管活性チャネル(2)用の切込みを有し、ここに示された実施形態では、切込みは、サンプリング部位(3)の領域で漏斗形に拡幅されている。場合により第2の毛管活性チャネル(2')(破線)を有しうる第2の中間レイヤー(7')もまた、キャリヤー(5)上に装着されている。中間レイヤー(7')もまた、図に示される実施形態では、両面接着テープであり、試験エレメント(1)の取扱いを単純化するために、その上にカバー(6')が接着されている。

Claims (3)
- 液体サンプルをサンプリングするためのデバイス(1)であって、該サンプルが、サンプリング部位(3)から測定部位(4)まで毛管活性チャネル(2)で輸送され、該毛管活性チャネル(2)が、キャリヤー(5)と、カバー(6)と、該キャリヤー(5)と該カバー(6)との間に位置する中間レイヤー(7)と、により本質的に形成されており、該キャリヤー(5)が、該サンプリング部位(3)の領域で該カバー(6)を越えて突出しており、該キャリヤー(5)および該カバー(6)が該中間レイヤー(7)を越えて突出するように、該中間レイヤー(7)が、該サンプリング部位(3)の領域で該測定部位(4)の方向に後方に変位されており、該カバーと直接接触状態にない過剰サンプル取込み手段 (8) が、該サンプリング部位の領域で該カバーを越えて突出する該キャリヤーの一部分上に装着されていることを特徴とする、上記デバイス。
- 前記過剰サンプル取込み手段(8)が、前記毛管活性チャネル(2)よりも小さい毛管力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記手段(8)が、毛管活性ギャップまたは吸収性材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
