Claims (4)
- 0.8wt%≦Fe≦1.2wt%、0.24wt%≦O≦0.32wt%、0.02wt%≦N≦0.05wt%および不可避不純物を含む残部Tiから成るチタン合金素材の冷間鍛造により成形されることを特徴とするチタン製バルブスプリングリテーナ。
- 前記冷間鍛造後に表面が全面酸化処理されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチタン製バルブスプリングリテーナ。
- 700MPa以上の引っ張り強度もしくは断面硬さが230HV0.1以上のビッカース硬度を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のチタン製バルブスプリングリテーナ。
- 平均結晶粒径が20μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のチタン製バルブスプリングリテーナ。
