Claims (2)
- 自車前方の物体を検知する物体検知手段(15)と、
自車の走行軌跡を推定する軌跡推定手段(M1)と、
自車の走行軌跡を中心線として車線幅と同等の検知エリアを設定する検知エリア設定手段(M2)と、
物体検知手段(15)で検知した物体のうちから前記検知エリア内に存在する物体を制御対象として決定する制御対象決定手段(M3)と、
制御対象決定手段(M3)の出力に基づいて自車の車両制御を行う車両制御手段(M6)と、
を備えた車両制御装置において、
乗員の減速意思を検出する減速意思検出手段(M4)を備え、
前記検知エリア設定手段(M2)は、
検知エリアを自車から先行車までの第1エリアと先行車から物体検知手段(15)の最大検知可能距離までの第2エリアとに分けるとともに、
減速意思検出手段(M4)により乗員の減速意思が検出されかつ自車と前記先行車との車間距離が短いために第1エリアに他車が割り込む可能性が低い場合には第2エリアだけを拡大することを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 自車前方の物体を検知する物体検知手段(15)と、
自車の走行軌跡を推定する軌跡推定手段(M1)と、
自車の走行軌跡を中心線として車線幅と同等の検知エリアを設定する検知エリア設定手段(M2)と、
物体検知手段(15)で検知した物体のうちから前記検知エリア内に存在する物体を制御対象として決定する制御対象決定手段(M3)と、
制御対象決定手段(M3)の出力に基づいて自車の車両制御を行う車両制御手段(M6)と、
を備えた車両制御装置において、
乗員の減速意思を検出する減速意思検出手段(M4)を備え、
前記検知エリア設定手段(M2)は、
検知エリアを自車から先行車までの第1エリアと先行車から物体検知手段15)の最大検知可能距離までの第2エリアとに分けるとともに、
減速意思検出手段(M4)により乗員の減速意思が検出されかつ自車と前記先行車との車間距離が長いために第1エリアに他車が割り込んでも危険がない場合には第1エリアだけを拡大することを特徴とする車両制御装置。
