Claims (1)
- 所定の屈折率を有するコアとその周囲の前記コアよりも屈折率の低いクラッドとからなるシングルモードファイバにより構成される伝送路の途中に、第1のグレーデッドインデックスファイバと、第1のシングルモードファイバと、光スイッチもしくは光アイソレータと、第2のシングルモードファイバと、第2のグレーデッドインデックスファイバとが順に挿入されたものであって、
前記第1のグレーデッドインデックスファイバは光の入射側から出射側に向けてモードフィールド径が拡大する、長さが4分の1ピッチのもので、
前記第2のグレーデッドインデックスファイバは光の入射側から出射側に向けてモードフィールド径が減少する、長さが4分の1ピッチのもので、
前記光スイッチもしくは光アイソレータの入出力側に接続されるように挿入された第1のシングルモードファイバと第2のシングルモードファイバは、いずれも、前記グレーデッドインデックスファイバの拡大したモードフィールド径よりも小さいモードフィールド径を有することを特徴とする、ファイバヒューズ現象を遮断する光ファイバ伝送路。
