Description
本発明の光分解性農薬組成物の有効成分は、セラチア・マルセスセンスが作り出す代表的な色素であるプロジギオシン類の赤色色素である。このプロジギオシン類は、セラチア属以外にも、ビブリオ属(Int J Syst Evol Microbiol.2003 Mar;53(Pt2):479−84)やシュードアルテロモナス属(Biochem Biophys Res Commun.28;237(3):543−7.(1997))、放線菌(Antimicrob Agents Chemother.46(4):1112−1113(2002))など多くの環境微生物が産生することが知られている。
で表されるプロジギオシンの他、次式(II)、
で表されるシクロプロジギオシンも含まれ、さらにこれらの塩酸塩、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、過塩素酸塩等、各種塩類も含まれる。
プロジギオシン類産生微生物MS02−063菌株をYPG液体培地で28℃、3日間振盪培養した。その培養液に100%エタノールを加え、遠心(3000rpm、20分間)することにより菌体を取り除き、エタノール抽出培養上清を得た。この培養上清に等量の100%エタノールを加え、酢酸エチルで抽出・凝縮し、溶媒抽出物を50%メタノールに置換後、吸収スペクトルを測定したところ、図1に示す吸収スペクトルを得た。この吸収スペクトルにより、上記培養上清に含まれる物質は、プロジギオシン類色素であることが分かった。
Claims (1)
- ハヘラ属(Hahella)に属するMS02−063菌株を栄養培地で培養し、プロジギオシン類色素を産生させる工程を含むことを特徴とする光分解性農薬組成物の製造方法。
