Claims (6)
- エンジンに過給掃気エアを供給するための、前記エンジンからの排気ガスによって駆動される少なくとも1機のターボ過給機(1)と、
前記掃気エアの温度を低下させるための、前記少なくとも1機のターボ過給機(1)の下流に配置された少なくとも1器のインタークーラー(2)と、
運転中にエンジンの負荷が予め決められた値まで低減した場合、前記エンジンに付加的な掃気エアおよび掃気エア圧力を供給するための、遠心ブロア(4)として設計された少なくとも1機の補助ブロア(4)と
を具備し、
前記遠心ブロア(4)が前記少なくとも1機のターボ過給機(1)のコンプレッサーから連続して配置されてなるターボ過給装置であって、
前記ブロア(4)は、エンジン負荷が低減したときにはモーターによって駆動され、かつ、前記エンジンの掃気エア圧力が十分に高い、予めセットされた軽負荷レベル以上では前記エンジンによって生じるエア流によって駆動され、
前記遠心ブロア(4)は、その吸入口(9)が前記少なくとも1器のインタークーラー(2)の排出口に接続され、かつ、その排出口(12)が前記エンジンの掃気エアコンテナ(5)に接続された、水分離機として設計されており、
ドレイン室(24)は、開放可能で、かつ前記遠心ブロア(4)を経て流動する冷却された掃気エアから分離させられた凝結水を前記ドレイン室(24)に案内するために常に開放された、少なくとも一つの導入開口(32)を有し、
捕捉した凝結水を前記ドレイン室の外に案内するための、少なくとも一つの排出口(34;35)が、前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロア(4)のブロアハウジング(17)の下部に設けられてなり、
多孔板(25)が、前記遠心ブロア(4)のドレイン室(24)からその排出口(12)まで、あるいは排出口(12)に向かって延長された部分に沿って、前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロア(4)の湾曲した外壁(23)から少し離れて設置されており、
前記多孔板は、外壁(23)とともに、前記ドレイン室(24)内に通じるドレイン路(27)を形成しており、
前記ドレイン路(27)は、少なくとも一つの流動抵抗体(28)を有するよう設計されており、
前記ドレイン路(27)の前記流動抵抗体は、前記ドレイン路内に挿入されたメッシュ(28)からなることを特徴とする2ストロークディーゼルエンジンに好適なターボ過給装置。 - 前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロア(4)の羽根車(18)は、主として水平な回転軸を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ過給装置。
- 前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロアにおけるドレイン室(24)に凝結水を案内するための少なくとも一つの導入開口(32)は、前記遠心ブロア(4)内の支配的な流動方向を向いた、少なくとも一つの主としてスリット形状の開口(32)からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のターボ過給装置。
- 前記ドレイン室(24)内にはパーティション(29)が挿入されてなるとともに、
前記パーティション(29)は前記ドレイン室(24)を、
その少なくとも一つの流動方向が前記スリット形状の開口(32)の方向を向いた第1のセクション(30)と、
前記ドレイン室(24)内に前記ドレイン路(27)の排出口を備えた第2のセクション(31)とに分割し、
これら二つのセクション(30;31)のそれぞれは、個々のセクションの外に、捕捉された凝結水を案内するための少なくとも一つの排出口(34;35)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のターボ過給装置。 - 前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロア(4)の吸入口(9)と、前記少なくとも1器のインタークーラーの排出口(12)との間の接続部には、独立した水分離機が介在させられてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のターボ過給装置。
- 前記少なくとも1機の遠心ブロア(4)は、エンジン負荷の予め決められた低下で前記遠心ブロアを回転させ、かつ、より小さな予め決められた低下で前記遠心ブロアによって回転させられるよう設計された電気モーターに接続されてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のターボ過給装置。
