Claims (9)
- 燃焼チャンバであって、ケーシング(6)内に径方向に配置されたチャンバ壁(5)と、空気燃料混合物を点火するための始動点火プラグ(3)とを備え、該始動点火プラグ(3)は、前記ケーシング(6)に搭載され、かつ自由端(3a)を有する本体(2)を備え、該本体(2)は、前記ケーシング(6)と前記チャンバ壁(5)との間の相対変位に適応するための大きな空隙を有して前記チャンバ壁(5)を貫通して形成された開口部(8)内に配置され、前記燃焼チャンバがさらに、前記本体(2)と前記開口部(8)の周辺部(8a)との間に設けられた密封装置(1)を備え、該密封装置(1)は、前記本体(2)が貫通する環状プラグガイド(10)を有し、該プラグガイド(10)は、その基部が前記周辺部(8a)に固定された環状支持体(12)の径方向外側端部に滑動可能に装着され、
環状支持体(12)が、チムニー(20)の径方向外側部に固定され、該チムニー(20)が、前記開口部(8)を貫通し、かつその径方向内端部においてチャンバ壁(5)の内面に支持されるカラー(21)を有することと、前記カラー(21)のための冷却回路(23、33、52)が設けられていることとを特徴とする、燃焼チャンバ。 - 冷却回路が、チムニー(20)の周辺部およびチャンバ壁(5)に支えられたカラー(21)の面に形成された溝(23)と、環状支持体(12)に形成され、かつ前記溝(23)内に開口する通路(33、52)とによって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチャンバ。
- チムニー(20)が、その周辺部において、少なくとも開口部(8)の周辺部に形成されたノッチ(25)に係合するフィンガー(24)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のチャンバ。
- 環状支持体(12)が、溶接によってチムニー(20)の外側部に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のチャンバ。
- 開口部(8)の周辺部(8a)が、カラー(21)と支持体(12)の基部(31)との間で締め付けられ、前記環状支持体(12)が、チムニー(20)の外側部を取り巻いていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のチャンバ。
- 通路が、環状支持体(12)の壁を貫通するオリフィス(33)によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のチャンバ。
- 環状支持体(12)の基部(31)が、チムニー(20)のフィンガー(24)の端部が係合するノッチ(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のチャンバ。
- チムニー(20)が、チャンバ壁(5)と環状支持体(12)の基部との間に介設されたナット(50)によって開口部(8)の周辺部(8a)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のチャンバ。
- 通路が、環状支持体(12)の基部に形成されたスロット(52)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のチャンバ。
