本発明は、トイレブース用扉、バランス扉、折り戸等の各種の扉において、扉を閉鎖若しくは開放する際、該扉が固定枠に衝突するときの衝撃や衝撃音を吸収し、かつ衝突後に扉がはね返るのを防止できるようにした扉の緩衝及びはね返り防止装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般の扉において、扉を開閉して開口部を閉鎖若しくは開放する静止位置に停止させるとき、扉が固定枠等に衝突し、耳障りな衝突音を発したり、衝撃でガラスや壁が損傷したりすることもあり、特にトイレブース用扉、折り戸、バランス扉等のなかでラッチを具備しない扉では、扉が枠に衝突した後にはね返り、使用者に当ったり、風圧等によりがたついて扉と枠の間でバタバタ音を発することがあった。そのような衝撃を緩和するようにしたショックアブソーバ付ストッパも提案されているが(例えば特許文献1、2参照)、磁石により扉を吸着保持する構成であるため、磁力が弱くなるとはね返り現象を確実に防止することができず、また磁力を強くすると、扉を回動させる際に大きな力を必要とし、使用感が良くない。

本発明によれば、制動回転する軸にアームを設け該アームの先端に受溝を開口させると共に係止片を形成した制動装置本体と、上記アームの受溝に挿入可能なピンを具備し、扉が静止位置に接近した際上記ピンが係止片に当って該アームを回動させながら上記受溝に挿入するよう上記制動装置本体及びピンのいずれか一方を固定枠若しくは扉に設け他方を扉若しくは固定枠に設けたことを特徴とする扉の緩衝及びはね返り防止装置が提供され、上記課題が解決される。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、トイレブース用扉、折り戸、バランス扉その他の開き戸や引き戸等各種の扉に適用することができ、開口部を開放若しくは閉鎖する扉(1)の静止位置に設けられ、制動装置本体(2)とピン(3)を具備し、該本体(2)とピン(3)のいずれか一方を固定枠若しくは扉に設け、他方を扉若しくは固定枠に設けてある。図1に示す実施例では、横方向に回動する開き戸、例えばトイレブース用等の扉(1)の上端面にピン(3)を設け、笠木(4)等の固定枠に制動装置本体(2)が設けられている。

図2〜図4を参照し、上記制動装置本体(2)は、制動回転する軸(5)と該軸(5)の一端、図においては下端に形成した角軸部(6)にスプリングピン等の止着ピン(7)で固定されたアーム(8)を具備している。該本体(2)は取付板(9)を有し、該取付板(9)の中央上面には軸受(10)がねじ(11)で止着され、該軸受(10)の外周に筒状の制動筒(12)を嵌着してスプリングピン等の止着ピン(13)で固着してある。上記軸(5)は上記軸受(10)を貫通して延び、該軸(5)の上端は上記制動筒(12)の天板部(14)に支持され、外方からねじ(15)が止着されている。

上記本体(2)には、軸(5)の回転を制動するための制動手段が設けられている。該制動手段は、スプリングを利用した手段や油圧、空圧、流体摩擦等を利用した各種の手段を用いることもできるが、図に示す実施例では、流体抵抗を利用した手段が示されている。すなわち、上記制動筒(12)の内面に微小間隙を存して対向するよう制動板(16)を形成し、該制動板(16)を上記軸(5)に固定し、該制動筒(12)内にシリコンオイル等の高粘度油その他の制動流体(17)を封入してあり、適宜個所にOリング(18)を設けてシールしてある。この構成により、上記制動板(16)には回転時に流体抵抗が作用するから、上記軸(5)は制動されつつ回転する。

上記アーム(8)は、扉が静止位置に接近した際上記ピン(3)を受け入れることができるよう先端方向に開口する受溝(19)を有し、該受溝(19)の両端には係止片(20),(21) が形成されている。該係止片(20),(21) は、同じ長さに形成してもよいが、上記ピン(3)が挿入する際、後方の係止片(21)に当って上記アーム(8)を回転しつつ受溝(19)内にピンが入り込むよう挿入側の係止片(20)を短く形成してある。このように挿入側の係止片(20)を短く構成することにより、扉(1)を静止位置から移動させるとき、制動作用が及ぶ範囲を短縮することができる。なお、図に示す実施例では、1枚の板状体でアーム(8)を形成しているが、複数の部材で長さを調整できるように組み合わせて構成してもよい。

上記取付板(9)は、両端にフランジ(22),(22) を有し、該フランジ(22),(22) に嵌着するようカバー(23)が設けられている。該カバー(23)には、上記フランジ(22)に設けた係止突起(24)等に係合する係合凹部(25)が設けられ、また上記ピン(3)を挿通させるための挿入溝(26)が形成されている。

上記制動装置本体(2)は、取付板(9)を直接笠木の下面にねじ着して取り付けてもよいが、図に示す実施例では、笠木(4)の上面に受板(29)を当て、該受板(29)の下面側からねじ孔(30)にねじ(31)をねじ着することにより笠木の下面に取り付けてあり、その後、上記カバー(23)を取付板(9)に嵌着してある。

上記制動装置本体(2)とピン(3)は、扉(1)が開放若しくは閉鎖する静止位置に接近した際、上記ピン(3)が上記カバー(23)の挿入溝(26)及びアーム(8)の受溝(19)に対向する位置に存するように設けられる(図5)。そして、扉(1)が固定枠(笠木)に衝撃的にさらに近づくと、図6(A)に示すように、該ピン(3)はアーム(8)の係止片(21)に当り、該アーム(8)を回動させつつ受溝(19)内に挿入する。この際、上記アーム(8)に連結した軸(5)は制動されて回転するから、上記扉(1)の衝撃は緩和され、また同図(B)に示すようにアーム(8)が回動する結果、扉(1)が矢印(32)と逆方向に戻ろうとしても係止片(20)にピン(3)が当ってはね返りが防止される。

一方、扉(1)を上記静止位置から移動させるときは、図6(C)に示すように上記扉(1)の移動に伴って上記ピン(3)はアーム(8)を矢印(33)方向へ回動させ、受溝(19)からピン(3)が抜け出すと(同図(D))、扉を自由に移動させることができる。この際、上述のように挿入側の係止片(20)の長さを短く形成してあるので、扉(1)に抵抗を与える時間を短くでき、操作性がよい。また、この状態で上記アーム(8)は、図6(A)に示すように、ピン(3)を受支できる状態で待機している。

上記実施例においては、制動装置本体(2)を固定枠(笠木)に設け、扉にピン(3)を設けたが、固定枠にピンを設け扉に制動装置本体を設けることもできる。また、扉の上面側に設けたが、下面側、戸先小口側等に設けることもでき、アーム等の方向を適宜考慮すれば、横方向に移動する引き戸や竪方向に回動若しくは移動する各種扉にも本発明を適用することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記のように構成され、扉が静止位置に接近した際ピンがアームの係止片に当って該アームを回動させると共に該アームの受溝内に挿入され、該アームに連結する軸が制動されつつ回転するようにしたので、上記扉の衝撃は緩和され、またアームの受溝にピンが入り込むことにより扉のはね返りが防止され、また構成が簡単で経済的に得られ、磁石を用いていないから長期にわたって確実に効果を奏することができ、操作性もよい。
