本発明は、シート状パック化粧料およびその製造方法に関し、さらに詳しくは、保湿効果および整肌効果が良好で、かつ保存安定性が優れたシート状パック化粧料およびその製造方法に関する。

従って、このアミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体を化粧水や美容液などの皮膚用化粧品に利用すると、肌のはり、しわ、しみなどを改善する整肌効果が期待できるものと考えられる。しかしながら、アミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体の水溶液を化粧品に利用する場合、その化粧品中のアミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体が細菌や真菌により汚染されるおそれがあるため、それらの菌による汚染を防止する目的で、防腐剤が配合されることになる。また、変色や変臭を防止するためにキレート剤や酸化防止剤なども配合される。

しかしながら、防腐剤やキレート剤、酸化防止剤などは、それらの人体への影響を考慮して、規制された範囲内の配合量で使用し、かつ、それらの効果が充分に発現するようにしなければならないが、アミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体の種類や量によっては、その効果が充分であるとは言えなかった。

従って、本発明は、アミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体をシート状パック化粧料に利用するにあたって、アミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体の有する良好な保湿効果や整肌効果を最大限に発現させ、かつ製品としての保存安定性が優れたシート状パック化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

本発明者らは、アミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体の有する保湿効果および整肌効果を最大限に引き出し、防腐剤やキレート剤、酸化防止剤などの安定化剤の添加量が少なくても、保存安定性が優れたシート状パック化粧料を得るため鋭意検討を重ねた結果、シート状基材にアミノ酸やアミノ酸誘導体などを特定の態様で保持させ、かつ、その水分量を5質量%以下にしてシート状パック化粧料を構成するときは、保湿効果および整肌効果が良好で、かつ菌汚染や変色、変臭がなく、保存安定性が優れたシート状パック化粧料を提供でき、それによって、前記課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するにいたった。
すなわち、本発明は、シート状基材にセリン、アルギニンおよびアスパラギン酸よりなる群から選ばれる2種以上のアミノ酸を保持させてなり、その水分量が5質量%以下であることを特徴とするシート状パック化粧料に関する。
また、本発明は、アミノ酸およびアミノ酸誘導体よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を、水または水を主剤とする水性液に溶解して、得られた配合液をシート状基材に塗布、噴霧または含浸させ、その後、水分量が5質量%以下になるまで乾燥することにより得られたことを特徴とするシート状パック化粧料に関する。
さらに、本発明は、アミノ酸およびアミノ酸誘導体よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を、水または水を主剤とする水性液に溶解して、得られた配合液をシート状基材に塗布、噴霧または含浸させ、その後、水分量が5質量%以下になるまで乾燥することを特徴とするシート状パック化粧料の製造方法に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。まず、本発明のシート状パック化粧料の作製方法について説明すると、本発明のシート状パック化粧料は、例えば、アミノ酸およびアミノ酸誘導体よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を水に溶解させ、得られた水溶液をシート状基材に含浸させ、水分量が5質量%以下になるまで水を乾燥することによって作製される。

シート状パック化粧料の作製にあたって用いる配合液を表1および表2に示す組成で調製し、シート状基材としてはパルプ製の不織布(秤量:35g/m2 )を150cm×30cmに裁断して10枚積層したものを用い、その不織布に前記配合液を塗布することによって含浸させ、その後、加熱または風乾して水分を乾燥することにより(それぞれのシート状パック化粧料に応じて時間を変えて乾燥する)、シート状パック化粧料を作製した。それぞれのシート状パック化粧料における水分量を表1および表2に示す。
