Claims (8)
- 基板、
前記基板の上表面に設置され、光線を発射する複数の発光素子、
前記基板の上表面に位置され、且つ、前記発光素子の間に設置される複数の第一反射ユニット、
前記基板の上方にほぼ平行して配置され、その下表面と前記基板の上表面とが相対する拡散板、及び、
前記複数の発光素子毎の発光面に対向するように前記拡散板の下表面に複数設置され、発光素子からの光線を反射する第二反射ユニット、を含み、
前記第一反射ユニットと前記複数の第二反射ユニットに反射された光線、及び、前記発光素子から発射された光線が、前記拡散板と前記基板とからなる空間を通して拡散板に伝播し、拡散板の上表面より射出されるフラットディスプレイ。 - 発光素子は、発光ダイオードである請求項1に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 第二反射ユニットは、反射率と透過特性を同時に有する半透過反射ユニットである請求項1又は請求項2記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 第二反射ユニットの断面形状は、正方形、長方形、円錐形、三角形、半球形、又は楕円形である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 基板の上に設置された第一反射ユニットは、アルミニウム、金、スズ、銅のいずれかである請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 第二反射ユニットは、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、酸化チタン(TiO2)いずれかである請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 第二反射ユニットの反射率は、10〜90%である請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
- 基板の上表面に、発光素子と第一反射ユニットが交互に設置された請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のフラットディスプレイ。
