しかしながら、ヒューズ等の電気部品が半嵌合状態であっても、ヒューズの端子の一部とバスバー側の端子とが接触していると導通がなされるため、導通テストがOKとなる場合がある。その場合、半嵌合状態で電気部品が組みつけられた状態のままとなり、この電気接続箱が自動車に搭載されると、走行時の振動等により電気部品の端子とバスバーの端子との接触が不安定となり、不導通が発生する恐れもある。

本発明は上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、電気接続箱に搭載する電気部品を確実に嵌合位置に押し込まれるようにして、電気接続信頼性を高めることを課題としている。

上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、ケースに設けた収容部に電流センサーを嵌合して搭載し、該ケースにカバーを被せて結合している電気接続箱において、
上記電流センサーと対向する位置の上記カバーの内面に押さえリブを一体的に突設する一方、上記電流センサーの本体の底面に該底面より突設した接続部の周囲を囲む環状のラバーシールを付設し、
上記カバーとケースとの結合時に上記押さえリブの突出端面を上記電流センサー上面中央部に押し当てて、半嵌合位置にある上記電流センサーを正規嵌合位置まで押し込み、上記電流センサーの接続部を上記ケースの底面に設けた開口から突出させると共に、上記ラバーシールを上記底面の開口周縁に均一にシール状態に押さえる構成としていることを特徴とする電気接続箱を提供している。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図1乃至図4は本発明の第一実施形態を示し、実施形態の電気接続箱はエンジンルームに搭載するヒューズブロック10からなり、該ヒューズブロック10のハウジングはケース11とカバー12とからなる。

また、カバー12の外周壁12eには、ケース11のロック爪11dと対応する位置にロック部12cを設けると共に、ロック爪11eと対応する位置にロック部12fを設けている。
