Description
(1) 被測定物の変位量を測定するエンコーダ本体に、
被測定物のn回転(n=0を含まない整数)を計数するための回転検出部と、
被測定物の変位量を計測する変位量検出部とを有し、
前記回転検出部には磁性回転体の磁気変化を検出する磁気検出部と、符号板のスリットを検出する光学検出部とを有し、
前記磁気検出部は回転数カウント用信号を生じ、光学検出部は前記回転数カウント用信号の変化時に駆動されて方向弁別信号を生じ、これら回転数カウント用信号を処理して得られる信号と方向弁別信号を処理して得られる信号のレベルの組み合わせによりアップカウントパルスまたはダウンカウントパルスを生成するかそれらのパルスを生成しない状態が選択され、
前記各信号の処理はクロックパルスに同期して行われるエンコーダ。
(2) 前記磁気検出部の磁気パターンと光学検出部のスリットパターンは位相差2信号を生じる関係にある上記(1)の多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
(3) 前記回転検出部の光学検出部は、変位量検出部の光学検出部と共有されている上記(1)または(2)の多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
(4) 前記回転検出部の光学検出部は、変位量検出部の光学検出部を用いている上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかの多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
(5) 前記光学検出部は、磁気検出部から検出信号が得られたときに符号板の検出に必要な期間だけ発光素子を駆動し、前記磁気検出部からの検出信号が得られないときには前記発光素子の駆動信号を休止する上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかの多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。

Claims (5)
- 被測定物の変位量を測定するエンコーダ本体に、
被測定物のn回転(n=0を含まない整数)を計数するための回転検出部と、
被測定物の変位量を計測する変位量検出部とを有し、
前記回転検出部には磁性回転体の磁気変化を検出する磁気検出部と、符号板のスリットを検出する光学検出部とを有し、
前記磁気検出部は回転数カウント用信号を生じ、光学検出部は前記回転数カウント用信号の変化時に駆動されて方向弁別信号を生じ、これら回転数カウント用信号を処理して得られる信号と方向弁別信号を処理して得られる信号のレベルの組み合わせによりアップカウントパルスまたはダウンカウントパルスを生成するかそれらのパルスを生成しない状態が選択され、
前記各信号の処理はクロックパルスに同期して行われる多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。 - 前記磁気検出部の磁気パターンと光学検出部のスリットパターンは位相差2信号を生じる関係にある請求項1の多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
- 前記回転検出部の光学検出部は、変位量検出部の光学検出部と共有されている請求項1または2の多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
- 前記回転検出部の光学検出部は、変位量検出部の光学検出部を用いている請求項1〜3のいずれかの多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
- 前記光学検出部は、磁気検出部から検出信号が得られたときに符号板の検出に必要な期間だけ発光素子を駆動し、前記磁気検出部からの検出信号が得られないときには前記発光素子の駆動信号を休止する請求項1〜4のいずれかの多回転型絶対値エンコーダ。
