Claims (1)
- 車体に取り付けた状態で車両の略前後方向に延び非対称に変形されたようなS字形状を有する変形S字状アーム部分と、ナックルに結合する結合部(21)から車体側に向けて幅を広げながら延び変形S字状アーム部分に至る部分とを含んでなるロアアーム(20)と、
前記ロアアームに連結された第1外部パイプ(31)と、前記第1外部パイプの内部に第1外部パイプと同心に配置されて車体に連結された第1内部パイプ(32)と、前記第1外部パイプと前記第1内部パイプの間に配置され、内部に流体が満たされた第1流体チャンバー(33a)が形成されたゴム材質からなる第1緩衝部材(33)を含む前方ブッシュ(30)と、
前記ロアアームに連結された第2外部パイプ(41)と、第2外部パイプと同心に前記第2外部パイプの内部に配置されて前記車体に連結された第2内部パイプ(42)と、前記第2外部パイプと前記第2内部パイプの間に配置され、内部に流体が満たされた第2流体チャンバー(43a)が形成されたゴム材質からなる第2緩衝部材(43)を含み前方ブッシュと同一構造を有する後方ブッシュと(40)、
前記第1流体チャンバー(33a)に満たされた前記流体(50)と、前記第2流体チャンバー(43a)に満たされた前記流体(50)が、互いに移動できるように前記第1流体チャンバー(33a)と前記第2流体チャンバー(43a)を連結する流体移動パイプ(60)と、を含んで構成され、
前記第1流体チャンバー(33a)及び第2流体チャンバー(43a)は、夫々第1外部パイプ(31)及び第2外部パイプ(41)の内周に接し夫々第1外部パイプ(31)及び第2外部パイプ(41)の内周長さの半分の外周長さを有し、且つ、夫々第1内部パイプ(32)及び第2内部パイプ(42)の外周面から一定長さ離隔する内周面を有し、夫々第1緩衝部材(33)及び第2緩衝部材(43)の体積の1/2〜1/3の体積を有する半環状に形成され、
前記変形S字状アーム部分の両端には、前方ブッシュ(30)の中心軸方向が車両の略上下方向となるように第1外部パイプ(31)と、後方ブッシュ(40)の中心軸方向が車両の略前後方向となるように第2外部パイプ(41)とが固定結合され、
前記流体移動パイプ(60)は、前記変形S字状アーム部分に沿ってロアアーム(20)の内部に設置されていることを特徴とするロアアームアセンブリー。
