Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an anti-skid shoe sole.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are many slips and falls on the floor surface wet on ice or water, and various devices have been made conventionally. For example,
As measures against slipping on ice, there are things that prevent slipping by fitting metal spikes or hard plastic spikes into the shoe sole, and making the tip of the spike harder to the surface of the ice,
As measures against slipping on the floor surface wet with water, soft rubber, plastic, or these foamed materials are used for the sole material to increase the frictional resistance with the floor surface and prevent slipping, or In some cases, a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric is bonded to the entire surface of the shoe sole, or a fibrous material such as ceramic or glass wool is mixed with the shoe sole material.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, these were effective for each, but not for both. In particular, since the spike is hard, it has no effect unless it is swallowed. Therefore, on a normal P tile floor or concrete floor, it becomes slippery or damages the floor. Also, walking was difficult. Ceramics and glass wool were also similar in that they damaged the floor. In addition, even on the ice surface, on the floor surface wet with water, a water film is formed between the shoe sole and the ground surface of the shoe sole, which reduces the frictional resistance and causes slippage. However, although absorbing the intervening water is effective, there is a problem that it becomes slippery on the dry floor surface.
An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole exhibiting slip resistance on ice and on a dry floor as well as a floor wet with water.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in a rubber shoe sole, a cleat grounding portion in which a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric having a shape corresponding to the projecting portion and an area corresponding to the projecting portion and a rubber cleat grounding portion are integrally projected from a shoe bottom surface. The above-described problems are solved by arranging the plurality so as to exist independently and alternately .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In a rubber sole, there is a cleat grounding portion, that is, a cleat grounding portion in which a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric is fitted into each projecting portion integrally projecting from the shoe bottom to form a bottom design, and a rubber cleat grounding portion Arrange so that. A woven fabric or a non-woven fabric is coated with an adhesive in advance, and is integrally bonded and molded simultaneously with the molding of the shoe sole rubber. By simultaneous molding, that is, pressure molding, the rubber partially passes from between the fibers, and the adhesive strength is improved as compared with those bonded later. Further, by using an adhesive, the adhesion with rubber becomes strong, and demolding after molding becomes easy. The lower the hardness of the rubber, the better, but it is preferable to use a rubber material of 45 to 65 Hs (JIS K 6301 spring type hardness tester A type) from the viewpoint of the effect on slip resistance and moldability.
[0006]
In the present invention, a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric is inserted into only one layer such that a rubber cleat grounding portion is present in the cleat grounding portion, and may be integrated by being multilayered. When inserting into multiple layers, even if the woven fabric or non-woven fabric falls off or wears out due to wear or the like during use, the woven fabric or non-woven fabric is layered on the cleat grounding part. The effect of slip resistance is maintained. In addition, when laminating a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric, the colors of the first and second layers of the woven fabric or nonwoven fabric are changed. As a result, the user can appropriately check the wear condition of the woven fabric or the non-woven fabric, and the life can be predicted.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The woven or non-woven fabric may be made of chemical fibers such as nylon, polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, vegetable fibers such as cotton, hemp, sufu, wool. Such animal fibers and regenerated fibers such as rayon are used alone or in appropriate combination.
Next, the production process of the anti-skid shoe sole of the present invention will be described. For example, first, an adhesive is applied to a nylon woven fabric. Next, the nylon woven fabric piece is cut by cutting the nylon woven fabric in accordance with the shape and area corresponding to the hatched
[0008]
The experimental results of the anti-skid shoe sole having the above structure are as follows.
The dry P-tile floor and the slip on the ice surface were evaluated by bodily sensation.
Dry P tile floor: P tile is laid on a walking path that can change the tilt angle, shoes are put on, and the angle is changed.
Ice surface: Place smooth ice that has been stored in a freezer at -30 ° C for more than 24 hours on a walking path where the angle of inclination can be changed at room temperature of about 20 ° C. Stand on the ice and change the angle to evaluate the slip.
Samples include
A A shoe sole B fitted with a nylon woven cloth piece as shown in FIG. 1 of the embodiment of the present invention B A rubber-only shoe sole C of the same cleat (bottom design) as shown in FIG. The soles were fitted with a rubber sole having a hardness of Hs 54 to 56 (according to JIS K 6301 spring type hardness tester A type).
From the above experimental results, it can be seen that the sample A has an effect on both the dry P tile and the ice.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, a shoe sole that exhibits slip resistance on a dry floor as well as a slip on ice and a floor wet with water, and that is easy to walk is provided. Can be provided.
