Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a confectionery container that can easily open an outer box and an inner bag at the same time, a packaging container that contains foods, and a packaging method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of packaging containers of this type have been devised, and are described, for example, in JP-A-7-251831. These general aspects consist of a paper outer carton and a square film inner bag, and both films of the opening of the inner bag are extended and one of them is adhered to the opened piece of the outer carton The other is bonded to the side surface of the outer carton to which the opening piece is bonded.
[0003]
In this packaging container, the opening piece is pulled up to tear and open the opening portion of the outer carton, and at the same time, both the films of the opening portion are opened apart and the film of the inner bag is torn to open the outer box. And open the inner box at the same time.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 6, the conventional inner bag 50 is generally overlapped as a crease c while the film 51 is pulled out from the roll in the direction of the arrow, and the width ( The long film 53 is formed into a rectangular shape as shown in FIGS. 7 to 8 and the confectionery a and the like are accommodated, and then the opening is thermally welded 54. This is the configuration. In the figure, 55 is a tear notch. For details, see the above publication.
[0005]
However, the bag making from the flat rectangular film 53 of FIG. 6 to the rectangular shape of FIGS. 7 and 8 is complicated to automate, and the automatic machine is expensive.
[0006]
In addition, this type of packaging container is sealed after an inner bag is bonded in advance to an outer carton and assembled to contain foods. For this reason, the structure (bag making) of the inner bag has to be complicated. Incidentally, a bag-in carton is a bag in which an inner bag is bonded in advance to an outer carton.
[0007]
This invention makes it a subject to enable an inner bag to be manufactured cheaply.
[0008]
[Means for achieving the object]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, first, the inner bag is like a gusset bag, and both end openings of the tubular film are sealed. This is because the bag according to this aspect has a simple action of pulling out the film from the roll, making the film into a cylindrical shape, containing confectionery therein, and sealing both ends, and the automatic machine is also inexpensive.
[0009]
Next, according to the present invention, both films forming the seal portion are extended to form tongue pieces, and the both tongue pieces are bonded to the opening piece and the side of the outer box to which the opening piece is bonded. By doing so, by pulling up the opening piece, the two tongue pieces are pulled apart, the seal portion is torn, and the inner bag is opened.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, both tongue pieces overlap with each other in the same size, and a notch of the same size is formed on the same axis on the opposite side of the tongue piece. If it does in this way, when making an inner bag from the film pulled out from a roll one by one, the tongue piece of a back inner bag will be formed by formation of a notch, and the waste of a film will be lost.
[0011]
The inner bag constructed as described above can adopt the same method as conventional bagging. That is, unlike the above-mentioned publication, it is not necessary to use a bag-in-carton, an inexpensive bagging machine can be used, and an existing one can also be used.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As an embodiment of the present invention, it is composed of a paper outer carton and a rectangular inner bag sealed at both ends of the cylindrical film, and the inner bag has a pair of tongue pieces from the overlapping film of one seal portion. And one tongue piece is bonded to the opening piece of the outer carton, and the other tongue piece is bonded to the side surface of the outer carton to which the opening piece is bonded, and the opening piece is pulled up. A packaging container that tears and opens the opening portion of the outer carton and opens the seal portion by separating the pair of tongue pieces and tears the film of the inner bag to simultaneously open the outer box and the inner bag. The pair of tongue pieces overlap with each other in the same size, and a notch of the same size is formed on the opposite side of the one seal portion in the same direction as the tongue piece. Are on the same axis And and it may be adopted a configuration in which the formation of the other seal portion on the inner side of the notch.
[0013]
In this configuration, if the inner bag portion outside the other seal portion is bonded to the outer carton, and the inner bag is fixed to the outer carton, the outer inner bag portion does not contain anything. Therefore, the inner bag can be fixed stably and reliably.
[0014]
In order to store foods in the packaging container having these configurations, after foods are stored in the inner bag, the inner bag is put in an outer carton, and one of the pair of tongue pieces is used as an opening piece. A packaging method may be employed in which the outer carton is assembled and sealed while adhering and bonding the other to the side of the outer carton. At this time, the most suitable time from the time when the outer carton is not assembled to the time when the inner carton containing the food is put into the outer carton is appropriately adopted.
[0015]
【Example】
FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 show an embodiment. First, a paper outer carton 10 shows a general development plane shown in FIG. 1 (a). And is opened by pulling up the opening piece 11 from FIG. 2 (a) to FIG. 2 (b). In the figure, r is a crease line, q is a perforation, and s is a cut.
[0016]
The inner bag 20 is composed of a laminated film 21 in which aluminum foil is sandwiched between layers of polyethylene, polypropylene, and the like, and as shown in FIGS. And a tongue piece 23 and a notch 24 are formed outside the seal portions 22 and 22. The tongue piece 23 and the notch 24 are on the same axis o. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, the film 21 drawn out from the roll is formed into a cylindrical shape, and the opposite edge (side edge) is welded (dotted portion), gusset folded, and the confectionery a and the like are contained therein. If it accommodates and seals both ends 22 and cuts, the notch 24 of the preceding inner bag 20 and the tongue piece 23 of the following inner bag 20 are formed simultaneously.
[0017]
In addition, the seal | sticker 22 will perform the notch 24 side first, and will perform the tongue piece 23 side after accommodating confectionery etc. For this reason, the seal | sticker 22 performs the tongue piece 23 side and the notch 24 side of the front and back inner bags 20 and 20 simultaneously, or performs each seal | sticker 22 separately. For example, the seal 22 on the notch 24 side of one inner bag 20, the storage of the confectionery a, the seal 22 on the tongue piece 23 side, the separation of the inner bag 20 from the drawer film 21, and the notch 23 side of the next inner bag 20. This is done as shown in the seal 22.
[0018]
In order to store the confectionery a or the like with the outer carton 10 and the inner bag 20, the outer carton 10 is first assembled from the state shown in FIG. 1 (a) to FIG. 1 (b). As shown, the inner bag 20 containing the confectionery a is separately put in the outer carton 10.
[0019]
At that time, as shown in FIG. 3A, one tongue piece 23 of the inner bag 20 is adhered to the back surface of the opening piece 11 of the outer carton 10 and the other tongue piece 23 is adhered to the opening piece 11. It adheres to the side surface 10 a of the outer carton 10. Further, the outer portion 25 of the notch 24 is bonded to the inner surface of the outer carton 10 to fix the inner bag 20 to the outer carton 10. The inner bag 20 and the outer carton 10 can be bonded to each other at any appropriate location on the lower surface of the inner bag 20.
[0020]
Thus, the outer carton 10 in which the inner bag 20 is packaged is opened as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 3 (b). While the portion is torn and opened, one tongue piece 23 is pulled up, and the inner bag 20 is opened by peeling off the seal portion 22. Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), when the opening piece 11 is pulled up, the inner bag 20 is torn and opened greatly.
[0021]
At the time of opening, if various peelability functions such as a strip-like release layer and a strip-like scar portion are added to the tongue piece 23 side seal portion 22 of the inner bag 20 as described in the above publication, the opening action becomes smooth. . Moreover, if the film 21 is uniaxially stretched in the pulling direction (tear direction) of the opening piece 11, the opening of the inner bag 20 is also smooth.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention was carried out as described above, the inner bag can be manufactured at low cost, and therefore, an easily openable packaging container can be obtained at low cost and the packaging cost can be reduced.
