Description
前記目的を達成するために、本願請求項1の発明は、トレッド部の内方かつカーカスの外側に配されるベルト層と、このベルト層の両端部かつその外側に配される両側のエッジバンドプライからなるバンド層とを具える空気入りラジアルタイヤであって、
前記バンド層は、バンドコードの1本当たりの断面積をS(単位;mm2 )、伸び2%時におけるモジュラスをM(単位;N/mm2 )、バンド層の1cm巾当たりのバンドコードの配設密度をD(単位;本/cm)としたき、次式
K=S×M×D/100 −−−(1)
で定まる伸び抗力値K(単位;N・本/cm)を270以上かつ830以下とするとともに、
リム組みしていない自然状態でのタイヤ内における前記バンドコードの伸び率T(%)を0.75%以上かつ1.2%以下としたことを特徴としている。
K=S×M×D/100 −−−(1)
で定まるバンド層の伸び抗力値K(単位;N・本/cm)を270以上かつ830以下とするとともに、
リム組みしていない自然状態でのタイヤ内における前記バンドコード11の伸び率T(%)を0.75%以上かつ1.2%以下に限定している。
(Lb−La)/Lb×100
によりバンドコード11の収縮率(%)を求め、この平均を取る。そしてこの収縮率を、便宜上、自然状態のタイヤ内でのバンドコードの伸び率T(%)として用いる。
なお表中の「バンド構造」において、1FBは1層のフルバンドプライからなる構造、1EB〜3EBは1〜3層のエッジバンドプライからなる構造、3EB+1CBは3層のエッジバンドプライと1層の中間バンドプライからなる構造を意味する。なお中間バンドプライの仕様は、表2に示す。
(1)ロードノイズ性能
各試供タイヤを、リム(15×6JJ)、内圧(200kPa)にて国産FF乗用車(排気量2000cc)の全輪に装着し、スムース路面を速度50km/hにて走行させ、低周波数帯域として160Hzの騒音レベル(dB)を、又高周波数帯域としては250Hzと315Hzとの騒音レベル(dB)の和を、運転席左耳許位置において測定した。そして、比較例1を基準とした騒音レベルの変化量とで評価した。マイナス表示は比較例1よりロードノイズが低く良好である。

Claims (3)
- トレッド部の内方かつカーカスの外側に配されるベルト層と、このベルト層の両端部かつその外側に配される両側のエッジバンドプライからなるバンド層とを具える空気入りラジアルタイヤであって、
前記バンド層は、バンドコードの1本当たりの断面積をS(単位;mm2 )、伸び2%時におけるモジュラスをM(単位;N/mm2 )、バンド層の1cm巾当たりのバンドコードの配設密度をD(単位;本/cm)としたき、次式
K=S×M×D/100 −−−(1)
で定まる伸び抗力値K(単位;N・本/cm)を270以上かつ830以下とするとともに、
リム組みしていない自然状態でのタイヤ内における前記バンドコードの伸び率T(%)を0.75%以上かつ1.2%以下とし、
かつ前記バンド層は、3層のエッジバンドプライからなることを特徴とする空気入りラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記バンド層は、タイヤ軸方向のバンド巾W1を、前記ベルト層のベルト巾W2の2%以上かつ20%以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記エッジバンドプライは、1〜5本のバンドコードを引揃えてトッピングゴム中に埋設したテープ状の帯状プライを螺旋巻きすることにより形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
