Description
作製したポリマーをTHFに0.1wt%で溶解させて、GPC(ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー)を用いてポリスチレン換算により重量平均分子量を測定した。尚、使用したGPCは東ソー社製「HLC−8220GPC」であり、カラムとして東ソー社製「TSKgel Super HZM−H、H−RC、HZ−H」、溶離液としてTHFを用いた。この時の溶離液の流量は0.6mL/min、注入量は20μLであり、カラムの温度は40℃であった。
作製したポリマーを厚さ1mmに成形し、φ8mmに打ち抜いたものを動的粘弾性測定装置(レオメトリックス社製)を用いて、周波数1Hzにて損失弾性率G”の温度依存性を測定した。得られた損失弾性率G”のカーブにおけるピークトップの温度をガラス転移温度Tgとした。
測定装置として、ガラス粘度測定装置である平行板変形/回転粘度計(アグネ技術センター製、製品名「WRVM‐313改」)を使用し、600℃におけるガラス粉末の粘度を測定した。試料であるガラス粉未を1000℃下で溶融した後、白金円筒容器内に投入し、冷却した前記試料を円筒形に成形した。この円筒形に形成した当該試料をφ30mmの平行円盤に挟み込み、600℃に加熱して、円盤ギャップ1.3mm、回転数60rpmでの粘度を測定した。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調整>
撹拌羽根、温度計、窒素ガス導入管、冷却器、滴下ロートを備えた四つ口フラスコに2−エチルへキシルメタクリレート(共栄社化学社製、商品名「ライトエステルEH」)を99重量部、2−メククリロイロキシエチルコハク酸(共栄社化学社製、商品名「ライトエステルHOMS」)を1重量部、重合開始剤、およびトルエンを仕込み、緩やかに撹拌しながら窒素ガスを導入し、フラスコ内の液温を75℃付近に保って約8時間重合反応を行い、固形分50重量%のメタクリル系樹脂溶液を調整した。得られたメタクリル系樹脂の重量平均分子量は10万であり、ガラス転移温度は−10℃であった。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
無機粉体としてPbO−B2O3−SiO2−ZnO−Al2O3系ガラス粉末(ガラス転移温度420℃、軟化点480℃)を100重量部、前記メタクリル系樹脂を16重量部、溶剤としてのα−テルピネオール(ヤスハラケミカル社製)を40重量部、およびアルカリ金属化合物として、水酸化リチウム一水和物(LiOH、キシダ化学社製)を0.5重量部、可塑剤としてトリメリット酸トリオクチル(花王社製、商品名「トリメックスT−10」)を3重量部配合し、分散機を用いて混合分散して、ペースト状の無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。なお、前記ガラス粉末の600℃での粘度は95Pa・sであった。
<転写シートの作製>
厚さ50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムに剥離剤処理を施した支持フィルム上に、前記調製した無機粉体含有樹脂組成物をロールコータを用いて塗布し、塗膜を150℃で5分間乾燥することにより溶剤を除去して厚さ68μmの膜形成材料層を形成した。その後、当該膜形成材料層上に保護フィルムとして表面にシリコーン系剥離処理をした厚さ38μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをカバーし、ロール状に巻き取って転写シートを作製した。
<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
前記転写シートの保護フィルムを剥離後、パネル用ガラス基板の表面(バス電極の固定面)に当接するように重ね合わせ、加熱ロール式ラミネータを用いて熱圧着した。圧着条件は加熱ロールの表面温度80℃、ロール線圧1kg/cm、ロール移動速度1m/分であった。熱圧着処理後、膜形成材料層から支持フィルムを剥離除去すると、ガラス基板表面に膜形成材料層を転写されて密着した状態になっていた。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調製>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
アルカリ金属化合物として、水酸化リチウム一水和物の代わりに水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH、東京化成工業社製)を0.1重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調製>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
アルカリ金属化合物として、水酸化リチウム一水和物の代わりに水酸化カリウム(KOH、和光純薬工業社製)を0.2重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調製>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
アルカリ金属化合物として、水酸化リチウム一水和物の代わりに無水リン酸ナトリウム(Na3PO4、和光純薬工業社製)を0.3重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調製>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
水酸化リチウム一水和物の代わりにアルカリ土類金属化合物である酸化マグネシウム(MgO、キシダ化学社製)を1重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調製>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
水酸化リチウム一水和物の代わりにアルカリ土類金属化合物である酸化カルシウム(CaO、和光純薬工業社製)を2重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調整>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
前記メタクリル系樹脂を17重量部、溶剤としてα−テルピネオールを30重量部、および鉛系化合物として、酸化鉛(PbO、和光純薬工業社製)を0.2重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>
実施例1と同様の方法で転写シートを作成した。
<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
膜形成材料層が転写されたガラス基板を焼成炉内に配置し、炉内の温度を室温から600℃まで10℃/分の昇温速度で昇温し、600℃の温度雰囲気下で60分間維持することにより、ガラス基板表面にガラス焼結体からなる誘電体層を形成した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調整>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
鉛系化合物として、臭化鉛(PbBr2、和光純薬工業社製)を0.4重量部配合した以外は、実施例7と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例7と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調整>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉機含有樹脂組成物の調製>
アルカリ金属化合物を配合しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
<(メタ)アクリル系樹脂の調整>
実施例1と同様の方法でメタクリル系樹脂を調製した。
<無機粉体含有樹脂組成物の調製>
鉛系化合物を配合しなかった以外は、実施例7と同様の方法により無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を調製した。
<転写シートの作製>および<誘電体層形成ガラス基板の作製>
上記無機粉体含有樹脂組成物を用いた以外は、実施例7と同様の方法により転写シートおよび誘電体層形成ガラス基板を作製した。この誘電体層の厚さは30μmであった。
得られた誘電体層形成ガラス基板の光透過率(%)を測定した。光透過率については、へイズメーター(村上色彩研究所製、HM−150)を使用し、全光線透過率を測定し評価を行った。なお、本発明において、誘電体層形成ガラス基板の光透過率が80%以上、さらには81%以上であれば、PDPの誘電体層形成ガラス基板に要求される透明性を十分に確保することが可能である。
Claims (9)
- ガラス粉末と、ガラス粉末100重量部に対して(メタ)アクリル系樹脂5〜50重量部と、ガラス粉末100重量部に対してアルカリ金属化合物、アルカリ土類金属化合物及び鉛系化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の金属化合物0.01〜10重量部とを含有する無機粉体含有樹脂組成物をシート状に形成してなる膜形成材料層。
- アルカリ金属化合物がリチウム系化合物、カリウム系化合物及びナトリウム系化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種である請求項1記載の膜形成材料層。
- アルカリ土類金属化合物がマグネシウム系化合物及び/又はカルシウム系化合物である請求項1又は2記載の膜形成材料層。
- ガラス粉末の600℃での粘度が150Pa・s以下である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の膜形成材料層。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の膜形成材料層が支持フィルム上に積層されている転写シート。
- 請求項5記載の転写シートの膜形成材料層を基板上に転写し、前記膜形成材料層を焼成処理する工程を含む誘電体層形成基板の製造方法。
- 請求項6記載の方法によって製造される誘電体層形成基板。
- 光透過率が80%以上である請求項7記載の誘電体層形成基板。
- 請求項7又は8記載の誘電体層形成基板を用いたプラズマディスプレイパネル。
