Description
出力電圧に応じた検出電圧と基準電圧とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて入力された入力電圧を制御して調整された出力電圧を出力するための前記複数のレギュレータと、
前記複数のレギュレータを1以上のレギュレータを含むレギュレータ群にグループ化し、そのグループ毎に対応して設けられ、グループ内のレギュレータ群に共通の入力電圧をそれぞれ供給するための複数の電源端子と、
前記複数のレギュレータからの調整された出力電圧を外部へ出力するための複数の出力端子とを有し、
前記グループ化されたレギュレータ群の少なくとも1つは、同時に動作状態に制御されることのない2以上のレギュレータを含んでいることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 複数のレギュレータを1つの半導体集積回路に集積し、複数の調整された出力電圧を出力するための多出力型電源装置において、
出力電圧に応じた検出電圧と基準電圧とを比較し、その比較結果に基づいて入力された入力電圧を制御して調整された出力電圧を出力するための前記複数のレギュレータと、
前記複数のレギュレータを1以上のレギュレータを含むレギュレータ群にグループ化し、そのグループ毎に対応して設けられ、グループ内のレギュレータ群に共通の入力電圧をそれぞれ供給するための複数の電源端子と、
前記複数のレギュレータからの調整された出力電圧を外部へ出力するための複数の出力端子とを有し、
前記グループ化されたレギュレータ群の少なくとも1つは、同時に動作状態に制御されることのない2以上のレギュレータを含んでいることを特徴とする多出力型電源装置。 - 前記複数のレギュレータを個別に動作状態あるいは休止状態に制御するためのコントローラを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多出力型電源装置。
- 前記複数のレギュレータへ前記基準電圧を供給するための基準電圧発生回路を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の多出力型電源装置。
- 前記複数のレギュレータへは、レギュレータに応じて異なった値の入力電圧が供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の多出力型電源装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の多出力型電源装置を備えていることを特徴とする携帯機器。
