Description

The present invention relates to a helmet mounting structure including a shield member that opens and closes a front opening, and the shield member is mounted obliquely upward with respect to a mounting structure that allows the shield member to be pivoted up and down with respect to the helmet body. It can be easily attached by being inserted into the support shaft in an inclined state, and can be easily removed by a one-touch operation.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a helmet provided with an opening on the front surface of the helmet body and a transparent shield member that opens and closes the opening. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-48665, the left and right ends of the shield member 13 are mounted so as to be rotatable around the holding members 14 provided on the left and right outer surfaces of the helmet body 11 by a predetermined angle. There is something.
In this structure, the boss 9 of the holding member 14 is fitted into the fitting holes 16 on the left and right side ends of the shield member 13, and the locking portion 10 of the holding member 14 is fitted to the fitting guide holes 17 a on the left and right side ends of the shield member 13. Then, the holding member 14 is fixed to the helmet body 11 with a set screw 15 in this state. As a result, the left and right ends of the shield member 13 are pivotally attached to the helmet body 11 via the holding member 14, and the set screw 15 is removed and the holding member 14 is removed from the helmet body 11 to be removed from the helmet body. It is.
In the conventional device, the locking protrusion 19 of the holding member 14 selectively engages with a large number of locking holes 18 provided on the left and right side ends of the shield member 13, so that the shield member 13 is appropriately The rotating position is held.

By the way, in the case where the shield member 13 is mounted so as to be rotatable around the holding member 14 by a predetermined angle as described above, the shield member 13 is held by fitting the boss 9 of the holding member into the fitting hole 16 of the shield member. The member 14 can be rotated, and the locking portion 10 of the holding member 14 is prevented from coming off by the rotation angle restricting hole 17 of the shield member. However, when the shield member 13 is opened, the locking portion is held in the fitting guide hole 17a. If 10 matches, there is a possibility that the locking part 10 will come out of the fitting guide hole 17a at that time, and the shield member 13 may be carelessly detached from the holding member 14.
Since the shield member 13 is attached to and detached from the helmet body 11 as described above, the assembly of the holding member 14 to the left and right ends of the shield member 13 and the helmet of the holding member 14 by the set screw 15 are performed. Since fixing work to the main body 11 is necessary, it is troublesome and requires time. The same applies to removal.

The present invention has been made in view of such points, and the shield member can be attached to and detached from the helmet body with a simple operation, and the shield member can be inadvertently detached even when the shield member is opened and closed. The aim is to provide no helmet shield mounting structure.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that a shaft hole provided with shield notches (hereinafter also referred to as “notches”) at both left and right ends of a shield member is provided on the helmet body. It is a shield mounting structure for a helmet in which support shafts provided on both left and right outer surfaces are fitted and both left and right ends of a shield member are mounted so as to be rotatable around the support shaft by a predetermined angle. This is due to the following (a) to (c).
(A) The notch 4b can be inserted in a direction substantially perpendicular to the support shaft.
(B) By moving the shield member rearward with the shield member inclined obliquely upward, the support shaft is inserted from the cutout portion and fitted into the shaft hole, and the cutout portion 4b is fitted to the outer periphery of the support shaft. Engaging with the surface to prevent it from coming off in the anti-insertion direction, and retaining at the flange of the support shaft in the direction of the support shaft,
(C) By pushing the end of the shield member inclined obliquely upward against the elastic force of the shield member below the support shaft, the shield notch 4b and the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft The engagement should be disengaged.

In the shield mounting structure for a helmet of the present invention, the shield member can be easily attached and detached from a direction substantially orthogonal to the support shaft.
The shield member mounted on the support shaft engages the shield notch 4b with the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft to prevent it from coming off in the reverse insertion direction, and prevents it from coming off in the support shaft axial direction at the flange portion of the support shaft. Since it is held by the support shaft, the shield member does not come off the support shaft even if the shield member is opened and closed.
Then, by pushing the end of the shield member below the support shaft against the elasticity of the shield member, the left and right ends of the shield member are detached from the support shaft, so that they can be easily and easily removed.

Hereinafter, the shield mounting structure of the helmet of this invention is demonstrated based on drawing. 1 is a side view of the helmet, FIG. 2 is a side view of the shield member in a closed state, FIG. 3 is a side view of the shield member in an opened state, FIG. 4 is a side view of the shield member mounted, and FIG. 6 is a side view of the shield member, FIG. 7 is a side view of the cover member, FIG. 8 is a side view of the shield member and the cover member removed, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the state where the shield member and the cover body are mounted along FIG. 10, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the state where the shield member and the cover body are mounted along the line XX of FIG. It is sectional drawing of the state which mounted | wore the shield member and cover body which follow this.

The helmet 1 used when riding a motorcycle or the like has the left side portion and the right side portion configured similarly, so the left side portion will be described and the right side portion will not be described. The helmet 1 has a helmet body 2, an opening 3 corresponding to the face of the wearer is provided on the front surface of the helmet body 2, and a shield member 4 made of a transparent resin that opens and closes the opening 3 is provided. The shield member 4 is made of an elastically deformable material. The left and right end portions 4 a of the shield member 4 are mounted so as to be rotatable about a support shaft 5 a of a support shaft body 5 provided on the left and right outer surfaces of the helmet body 2, and the support shaft body 5 is a cover body 6. Covered. Similarly to the shield member 4, the support shaft body 5 and the cover body 6 are also formed of resin.

The support shaft body 5 has a support shaft 5a and a mounting shaft portion 5b. Screws 7 and 8 are inserted through screw holes 5c and 5d provided in the shaft cores of the support shaft 5a and the mounting shaft portion 5b, thereby supporting shafts. The body 5 is fixed to the helmet body 2 with screws 7 and 8. On the outer periphery of the screw hole 5c of the support shaft 5a of the support shaft body 5, a plurality of arc holes 5e are provided with the support shaft 5a as a center. Further, the support shaft body 5 has a support portion 5f in the vicinity of the mounting shaft portion 5b, and an engagement hole 5g is formed in the support portion 5f.

On the back side of the cover body 6 that covers the surface of the support shaft body 5, a pair of opposed protrusions 6 a and protrusions 6 b are provided. When the protrusion 6a of the cover body 6 is inserted into the arc hole 5e of the support shaft body 5 and the protrusion 6b is inserted into the engagement hole 5g of the support shaft body 5, the protrusion 6b is formed continuously to the support portion 5f. It is located in contact with the guide slope 5m. When the cover body 6 is rotated by a certain angle from this state, the protrusion 6b slides on the guide slope 5m in the direction of the engagement hole 5g and falls at the position of the engagement hole 5g, and the claw portion 6b1 of the protrusion 6b engages. At the same time, the protrusion 6a slides and the claw portion 6a1 engages with the arc hole 5e, so that the cover body 6 is easily and securely attached to the support shaft body 5. As described above, the guide slope 5m formed on the support portion 5f of the support shaft 5 allows the protrusion 6b of the cover body 6 to be smoothly received in the engagement hole 5g without being caught.

Further, the cover body 6 is formed with a notch holding portion 6c, leaving a part, a projection 6d is formed on the back side of the holding portion 6c, and the projection 6d is shielded by pressing the holding portion 6c with a finger. 4, the shield member 4 can be detached from the support shaft 5. The pressing portion 6c of the cover body 6 may be thin and easily elastically deformed.

A bearing portion 5h is provided on the outer periphery of the arc hole 5e of the support shaft body 5, and a shaft notch portion 5i is provided on the support shaft 5a at a portion where the arc hole 5e is not provided. That is, the shaft notch portion 5i into which the shield notch portion (notch portion) 4b provided in the left and right end portions 4a of the shield member 4 can be inserted in the support shaft body 5 in a direction substantially orthogonal to the support shaft 5a. It is provided in a part in the axial direction of the support shaft 5a.

That is, the shield member 4 is provided with a shaft hole 4c provided with the notch 4b for fitting the support shaft 5a to rotate the shield member 4.

The support shaft body 5 is provided with a pressing means A for pressing the shield member 4 inserted through the shaft notch portion 5i of the support shaft 5a so as to move to the portion of the support shaft 5a other than the shaft notch portion 5i. . The pressing means A is provided on the outer side of the helmet body, and the pressing means A includes protrusions 5j and 5k provided at positions spaced apart from the support shaft 5a by a certain distance. Further, the support shaft body 5 is provided with a holding means B for holding the shield member 4 pressed by the protrusions 5j and 5k of the pressing means A against the pressing in the axial direction of the support shaft 5a. The holding means B includes a flange 51 provided at the outer end of the support shaft 5a.

When the shield member 4 is pushed in the direction of the arrow (obliquely rearward) as shown in FIG. 4 with the shield member 4 inclined obliquely upward, the support shaft 5a of the support shaft 5 passes through the shield notch 4b. The shield notch 4b of the shield member is hooked on the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 5a and engaged with the shaft hole 4c. Accordingly, the left and right end portions 4a of the shield member can be easily attached to the support shaft 5a from a direction substantially orthogonal to each other, and the shield member 4 can be held on the support shaft body 5 by the pressing means A and the holding means B having a simple structure. it can. That is, the shield member 4 is formed of an elastically deformable material. When the shield member 4 is pushed in, the end 4a is pressed by the projections 5j and 5k, and the shaft hole 4c of the shield member 4 is formed as shown in FIG. ) From the position engaged with the shaft notch portion 5i of the support shaft 5a to the position of the bearing portion 5h in FIG. 10B, and is held by the flange portion 51 provided at the outer end portion of the support shaft 5a. The member 4 can be opened and closed.

When the shield member 4 is rotated, a spring means C for establishing a locking mechanism that is held at a predetermined angular position is integrally formed with the support shaft body 5 made of a resin material. The spring means C is composed of a spring portion 5n provided integrally in the vicinity of the support portion 5f of the support shaft body 5. The spring part 5n is formed by providing a notch groove 5n2 in the boss part 5n1, and has a hook part 5n3 for preventing the end part 4a of the shield member 4 from coming off at the tip part. The spring part 5n is brought into contact with the outer peripheral part of the end part 4a of the shield member 4 so that the shield member 4 can be opened and closed smoothly. In this case, the constant of the spring part 5n is set to an optimum value without increasing too much.

Further, the support shaft 5 is provided with a stopper when the shield member 4 is fully opened in the spring means C, and the spring portion 5n is formed in the shape of the outer peripheral portion of the tip portion of the shield member 4 in order to ensure a sufficient stopper contact area. It is provided according to. In order to prevent the wearer of the helmet 1 from opening the shield member 4 with excessive force, the tip 4d of the shield member 4 is first brought into contact with the protrusion 5o provided in the vicinity of the support 5a, and then operated. The other end 4e is brought into contact with the stopper of the spring part 5n so as to operate the stopper. In other words, the shield member 4 is a stopper of the first convex portion 5o and informs the wearer that it is already fully opened, and alerts the user not to apply a large force.

Further, since the shield member 4 attached to the support shaft 5a is held by the support shaft 5a against the pressing with a simple structure by the pressing means A and the holding means B, the shield member 4 can be opened and closed. The shield member 4 does not come off the support shaft 5a. Further, when the cover body 6 is provided, the structure that allows the shield member 4 to be attached and detached can be easily achieved even when the cover body 6 is mounted. Also, even if the cover body 6 is removed during traveling, the shield member 6 can be removed. Since 4 does not come off, the helmet 1 can be used without any trouble.

When removing the shield member 4, when the shield member 4 is opened to the mounting position shown in FIG. 4 and the presser part 6c of the cover body 6 is pressed with a finger, the projection 6d on the back side of the presser part 6c is the end of the shield member 4. In order to push the portion 4a, it moves away from the bearing portion 5h and moves to the position of the shaft notch portion 5i as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Therefore, when the shield member 4 is pulled out, the cutout portion 4b of the shaft hole 4c is removed through the position of the shaft cutout portion 5i, and the shield member 4 can be easily attached and detached with the cover body 6 attached to the support shaft body 5. Can do.

Further, even if the shield member 4 is opened and closed with the cover body 6 covering the surface of the support shaft body 5 removed from the support shaft body 5, the shield member 4 does not come off from the support shaft body 5. The position of the support shaft 5 with respect to the helmet body 2 can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the screws 7 and 8 while removing the support shaft 5 and opening and closing the shield member 4. Furthermore, the structure for attaching the support shaft body 5, the shield member 4 and the cover body 6 to the helmet body 2 is not wasteful and can be made compact.

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment showing a mounting state of the shield member.
