【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は乳幼児用、大人用あるいは失禁用などのパンツ形状の使い捨ておむつおよびその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨ておむつには、例えば、特公平４−６７８６５号公報に示す構成の使い捨ておむつが知られている。
【０００３】
この特公平４−６７８６５号公報に記載の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸収体を介在し、この吸収体の幅方向の外側に下面が不透液性を有するサイドストラップからなるおむつ本体を形成し、前記サイドストラップの長手方向に伸縮ギャザーを形成する脚回り用のエラスチックバンドが取り付けられ、前記サイドストラップが、前記吸収体の外側縁から外側方向へ延出する第１フラップと、この第１フラップの上面から分岐し、幅方向の外側端が固定され、中央域が着用者身体側へ起立する第２フラップとからなる構成が採られている。

しかしながら、上記従来の特公平４−６７８６５号公報に記載のように、第２フラップの幅方向の外側端が固定されているため、着用者が装着する際、第２フラップの起立する位置の先端部分が、幅方向の脚回り部の両端縁部分になるため第１フラップと重なり、外側に傾いた状態となり第２フラップを乗り越えて尿等が流出するおそれがある。

また、例えば、特公平６−９３９０１号公報に示す構成の使い捨ておむつが知られており、この公報に記載の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体の長手方向の両縁に隣接して弾性収縮性を有するサイドストラップを配設し、このサイドストラップに、内側方向に隣接して配設され、かつ弾性部材等のスペーサー手段によって前記透液性表面シートの表面から離れるとともに、装着時に装着者の肌に向かう方向に起立する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を有する構成が採られている。

しかしながら、上記従来の特公平６−９３９０１号公報に記載のように、着用前、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部が幅方向の内方に傾いて配置されているため、装着する時に尿漏れ防止ギャザー部が吸収体に重なり、尿漏れを誘発するおそれがあり、また、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の起立方向の先端が線状で装着者の肌に接触するため、脱着時、肌に線状の跡が残る問題を有している。

さらに、例えば、特公平７−９３９３７号公報に示す構成の使い捨ておむつが知られており、この公報に記載の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シートと、不透液性裏面シートと、この両シートの間に介在する吸収体と、この吸収体の両端縁から延出する不透液性のサイドストラップと、このサイドストラップの外側縁近傍に取り付けた第１の弾性部材と、この第１の弾性部材と前記吸収体の幅方向の側縁の近傍との間に取り付けた第２の弾性部材とを有し、前記サイドストラップが、使用者の肌が接する面に位置するとともに、前記吸収体の長手方向に対する側縁部を覆う疎水性の第１のシートと、この第１のシートの下面に疎水性の第２のシートからなる構成が採られている。

しかしながら、上記従来の特公平７−９３９３７号公報に記載のように、着用者が装着する際に、第２の弾性部材の弾性力等により第１のシートが着用者側に隆起するが、この隆起を高くするためには、吸収体の吸収面積を減少しなければならず、また、第１のシートを第２の弾性部材の弾性力のみで隆起させるため、効率良く隆起させることが困難であり、さらに、第１のシートを効率良く隆起させるために第２の弾性部材の伸縮率を大きくすると装着後に着用者の肌に線状の跡が付き易い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、特公平４−６７８６５号公報に記載の使い捨ておむつでは、装着時に第２フラップが外側に傾き易いため、尿等が流出するおそれがある。また、特公平６−９３９０１号公報に記載の使い捨ておむつでは、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の起立方向の先端部分が装着前に内方に傾いて配設されているため、尿漏れを誘発するおそれがある。さらに、特公平７−９３９３７号公報に記載の使い捨ておむつでは、第２の弾性部材の弾性力のみで第１のシートを効率良く隆起させることが困難であり、脱着時に使用者の肌に線状の跡が付き易いという問題を有している。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、脚回り部からの尿漏れを確実に防止できる使い捨ておむつおよびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸収体を配設し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を有する股下回り部、および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次に一体的に形成したおむつ本体を備え、このおむつ本体は、前記脚回り部の前記吸収体の幅方向の縁から外方に向けて前記透液性表面シートおよび前記不透液性裏面シートが延出している位置に第１の弾性体を配設して設けた脚回りギャザー部と、前記透液性表面シートの前記吸収体の幅方向の端部近傍の位置に、前記おむつ本体の長手方向にほぼ沿って疎水性シートがそれぞれ設けられ、これら疎水性シートは装着時に前記おむつ本体の幅方向の内側起立面、外側傾斜面および底面が形成されるとともに、前記底面と前記外側傾斜面とにより第１の接線が形成され、前記外側傾斜面と前記内側起立面とにより第２の接線が形成され、前記内側起立面と前記底面とにより第３の接線が形成され、第２の弾性体が前記第２の接線に沿って内設され、前記疎水性シートが断面略直角三角形状に起立する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部とを具備し、この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の前記底面が前記吸収体の上面に位置するように前記おむつ本体の長手方向の中央域で前記吸収体の上面両側部に位置しているものである。

そして、おむつ本体に設けられている尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の疎水性シートは、装着時に内側起立面、外側傾斜面、および底面を有する断面略直角三角形状に起立する。また、この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部には、外側傾斜面と内側起立面とによって形成される第２の接線に沿って、長手方向に伸長された第２の弾性体が内設されている。よって、この第２の弾性体の弾性力により、使用者が装着する時に尿漏れ防止ギャザー部が確実に起立して、脚回り部からの尿などの漏れをしっかりと防止する。また、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、装着時に断面略直角三角形状の立体形状に起立するため、クッション性が増加し、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の肌ざわりが良好である。

さらに、おむつ本体に設けられた尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、装着時に内側起立面および外側傾斜面を有する立体形状に起立するため、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の内側起立面および外側傾斜面が二重のシートとなって尿などの漏れを防止するので、確実に脚回り部からの尿等の漏れを防止する。また、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部が、おむつ本体の透液性表面シートの吸収体の幅方向の端部近傍の位置に、おむつ本体の長手方向に沿って設けられているため、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の内側起立面などによってせき止められた尿などを迅速および確実に吸収体に吸収するので、さらに確実に脚回り部からの尿等の漏れを防止する。

請求項２記載の使い捨ておむつは、請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつにおいて、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の外側傾斜面の内側には、複数の前記第２の弾性体が、前記外側傾斜面の長手方向に沿って配設されているものである。

そして、外側傾斜面の内側に、複数の第２の弾性体を長手方向に沿って配設すると、外側傾斜面が面となって着用者の肌に接するため、着用者の装着感が良い。また、複数の第２の弾性体で尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を起立させているため、装着者の股下回り部に対する締め付けが強すぎないので、脱着後、肌に尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の跡が残りにくい。

請求項３記載の使い捨ておむつは、請求項２記載の使い捨ておむつにおいて、複数の第２の弾性体は、外側傾斜面の第２の接線が位置する側に配設されている弾性体の弾性率が、前記外側傾斜面の第１の接線が位置する側に配設されている弾性体の弾性率に比べて大きいものである。

そして、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部の第２の接線側に配設されている第２の弾性体の弾性率を、第１の接線側に配設されている第２の弾性体の弾性率よりも大きくすると、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、装着時に着用者の肌に面となって接触するため、着用者の装着感が良い。また、装着時に尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、さらに立体的に起立するため、脚回り部からの尿など漏れをさらにしっかりと防止する。

請求項４記載の使い捨ておむつの製造方法は、透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に吸収体を配設し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を有する股下回り部、および腹側腰回り部を、長手方向に順次に一体的に形成したおむつ本体を設け、このおむつ本体の前記脚回り部の前記吸収体の幅方向の縁から外方に向けて前記透液性表面シートおよび前記不透液性裏面シートが延出している位置に第１の弾性体を配設して脚回りギャザー部を設ける使い捨ておむつの製造方法において、連続して走行している疎水性を有する疎水性シートの幅方向の略中間部を長手方向に沿って切断する工程と、この疎水性シートの切断端部から離間した位置に、第２の弾性体を前記疎水性シートの長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ配設する工程と、前記疎水性シートの切断端部から離間した位置の余布部分を内側に折り返して前記第２の弾性体を包容し、切断端部と疎水性シートとを長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ接合する工程と、前記疎水性シートの余布部分の略中間部と、この疎水性シートに対して並走している前記透液性表面シートとを長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ接合する工程と、前記吸収体が幅方向の中間部に配設された前記不透液性裏面シートと、前記透液性表面シートとを接合して、前記透液性表面シートの前記吸収体の幅方向の端部近傍の位置に、前記おむつ本体の長手方向にほぼ沿ってそれぞれ設けられ、装着時に断面略直角三角形状に起立する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部をそれぞれ形成する工程とを具備するものである。

そして、連続して走行している疎水性シートの幅方向の中間部を長手方向に沿って切断し、この切断端部から離間した位置に第２の弾性体を配設し、切断端部から離間した位置の余布部分を内側に折り返して第２の弾性体を包容し、切断端部と疎水性シートとを接合し、余布部分の略中間部と、疎水性シートに対して並走している透液性表面シートとを接合し、吸収体が中間部に配設された不透液性裏面シートと、透液性表面シートとを接合して、透液性表面シートの吸収体の幅方向の端部近傍の位置に、装着時に断面略直角三角形状に起立する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を形成しているため、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を有する使い捨ておむつの製造性が向上する。連続して走行している疎水性シートで尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を形成しているため、一連の流れ作業で尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を有する使い捨ておむつが製造できるので、使い捨ておむつの製造が容易である。

請求項５記載の使い捨ておむつの製造方法は、請求項４記載の使い捨ておむつの製造方法において、前記疎水性シートの切断端部から離間した位置に、複数の第２の弾性体を前記疎水性シートの長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ接合するものである。

そして、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を有する使い捨ておむつを製造する際に、疎水性シートの切断端部から離間した位置に複数の第２の弾性体を配設すると、着用者の肌に面として接触するため、装着者の肌に優しい尿漏れ防止ギャザー部が容易に製造される。また、この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部は、複数の第２の弾性体で尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を起立させているため、クッション性が向上し、装着者の装着感が良い。さらに、この製造方法を用いれば、クッション性に優れた尿漏れ防止ギャザー部を有する使い捨ておむつを連続的な流れ作業で容易に製造できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつの実施の一形態の構成を図面を参照して説明する。

図１ないし図７において、１はおむつ本体で、このおむつ本体１は、液透過性を有する透液性表面シート２と、液不透過性を有する不透液性裏面シート３との間に液吸収性を有する吸収体４を配設して、展開状態で略細長状である左右対称の形状に形成されている。

そして、前記おむつ本体１は、長手方向の中央部を中心として略線対称な形状に形成するとともに、幅方向の中央部を中心として線対称な形状に形成され、さらに、前記吸収体４についても、長手方向の中央部を中心として略線対称な形状に形成するとともに、幅方向の中央部を中心として線対称な形状に形成し、図１に示すように長手方向の中央部を幅狭状に形成する。

まず、この透液性表面シート２は、尿等の排泄液を前記吸収体４へ透過させるために液透過性を有するものであり、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム、合成繊維などにておむつ本体１の全表面を覆う形状に成形されている。そして、この透液性表面シート２は、前記おむつ本体１の装着時に身体に接触するものであり、その装着者に不快感を与えることを防止するために、肌着に近い感触を有している。

次いで、前記不透液性裏面シート３は、上面周縁部が前記透液性表面シート２の下面周辺部に接合されている。この不透液性裏面シート３は、尿等の排泄液にて下着などの他の衣類、或いはシートなどが汚れるのを防止するために液不透過性を有するもので、例えばポリエチレン樹脂等の合成樹脂などにて長手方向の中間部が内方に向けて略凹弧状に切り欠かれた略細長矩形状に成形されている。

また、前記吸収体４は、前記透液性表面シート２の下面中央部と前記不透液性裏面シート３の上面中央部との間に扁平状に成形されて配設されており、この吸収体４は、尿等の排泄液を十分に吸収できるもので、例えばパルプを主とする材料であって一部に高分子吸収体等の物質を含んだ材料にて成形されている。

さらに、前記おむつ本体１の表面の透液性表面シート２の表面には、中央部を露出させて、尿等の排泄液を浸透しない性質を有する疎水性シート５，５が重合されている。この疎水性シート５，５は、透液性表面シート２に合わせて長手方向の中間部の側縁が内方に向って略凹弧状に切り欠かれた略細長矩形状に形成され、この疎水性シート５，５の下面周縁部が、透液性表面シート２の上面周縁部に接合されている。また、この疎水性シート５，５は、例えばポリプロピレン樹脂等などの不透液性材料にて形成されている。

ここで、前記おむつ本体１は、図１に示す展開状態から適宜に折り曲げられて、幼児、失禁者等の身体に装着されるもので、展開状態における長手方向の中間部に形成した身体への装着時に股下に位置する股下回り部６の長手方向の一端側には身体への装着時に背中側に位置する背側腰回り部７が一体に形成され、かつ前記股下回り部６の長手方向の他端側には身体への装着時に腹側に位置する腹側腰回り部８が一体に形成されている。

この股下回り部６は、前記おむつ本体１の幅方向に沿った両側中央部に、脚回り部９，９が形成されている。この脚回り部９，９は、身体への装着の際に装着者の脚回りに位置する部分で、前記吸収体４の幅方向の縁から幅方向の外側へ前記透液性表面シート２、前記不透液性裏面シート３、および疎水性シート５，５が延出され略凹弧状に切り欠かれた部分に形成されている。この脚回り部９，９には１本または複数のゴムなどで形成された略紐状の第１の弾性体10，10が前記おむつ本体１の長手方向に沿って前記透液性表面シート２の下面と前記不透液性裏面シート３の上面の間に配設され、この第１の弾性体10，10で不透液性裏面シート３の延出部に脚回りギャザー部11，11を形成している。

そして、前記背側腰回り部７は、前記股下回り部６の一端部に連続して一体に形成されており、この背側腰回り部７の前記おむつ本体１に対する幅方向の長さ寸法は、前記股下回り部６の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも大きく成形されている。また、この背側腰回り部７の幅方向の一側部には、一側突部12が形成されており、他側部には、他側突部13が形成されている。

さらに、前記腹側腰回り部８は、前記背側腰回り部７とほぼ同様に、前記股下回り部６の他端部に連続して一体に形成されており、この腹側腰回り部８の前記おむつ本体１に対する幅方向の長さ寸法は、前記股下回り部６の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも大きく成形されている。また、この腹側腰回り部８の一側部には、一側突部14が形成されており、他側部には、他側突部15が形成されている。

また、前記背側腰回り部７に形成されている一側突部12および他側突部13の前記おむつ本体１に対する幅方向の側縁部には、一方の装着用の第１のファスナ体16および第２のファスナ体17が形成されている。そして、腹側腰回り部８の略中央部に、第１のファスナ体16および第２のファスナ体17と互いに係脱自在に係合し略矩形状の装着ファスナ部18が形成されている。この装着ファスナ部18は、腹側腰回り部８のほぼ半分を覆う大きさを有している。

前記第１のファスナ体16および前記第２のファスナ体17は、図１に示すように、例えば前記おむつ本体１に対する幅方向の前記一側突部12および前記他側突部13それぞれの端部に前記おむつ本体１に対する長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ２個ずつ互いに対称する位置に固着されている。これら第１のファスナ体16および第２のファスナ体17は、細帯状に成形されており、装着する際に、腹側腰回り部８に形成されている装着ファスナ部18にそれぞれを係合させる。

ここで、前記吸収体４は、この吸収体４の前記背側腰回り部７に位置する部分の前記おむつ本体１に対するの幅方向の長さ寸法が、前記股下回り部６に位置する部分の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも大きく形成された背側吸収部19を有する。また、この吸収体４は、この吸収体４の前記腹側腰回り部８に位置する部分の前記おむつ本体１に対する幅方向の長さ寸法が、前記股下回り部６に位置する部分の幅方向の長さ寸法よりも大きく形成された腹側吸収部20を有する。そして、この吸収体４の股下回り部６に位置する部分には、中央吸収部21が形成されている。

そして、前記吸収体４の中央吸収部21の幅方向に対する端部近傍には、前記吸収体４の長手方向に沿って装着時に起立し、内部に空間を有する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22が、左右対称に疎水性シート５，５で形成されている。

また、図３に示すように、装着前の状態については、前記吸収体４の中央吸収部21の幅方向の端部近傍に位置する前記尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22が内方に向けて前記吸収体４の表面形状に沿った形状に折り曲げられている。

次いで、装着時の前記尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22の長手方向の中央域は、図４に示すように、装着者の肌に向けて立体的な断面略直角三角形状に起立する。この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22は、前記おむつ本体１の幅方向に対して、長手方向に沿って内側に形成されて略垂直に起立する内側起立面23，23、外側に形成され外方に向けて傾斜する外側傾斜面24，24、およびこの内側起立面23，23と外側傾斜面24，24とにより形成される凸部に対する底部に形成されている底面25，25を有する。

さらに、装着時の前記尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22は、前記底面25，25と前記外側傾斜面24，24との境界部に形成される第１の接線26，26、前記外側傾斜面24，24と前記内側起立面23，23との境界部に形成される第２の接線27，27、および前記内側起立面23，23と前記底面25，25との境界部に形成される第３の接線28，28を有する。

また、前記尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22の第２の接線27，27近傍には、長手方向に沿って伸長させた略紐状の第２の弾性体29，29が、前記尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22の長手方向に沿って内設されている。この第２の弾性体29，29は、１本または複数のゴムなどで形成されている。

次に、上記実施の一形態についての製造方法を図面を参照して説明する。

まず、連続して走行している疎水性シート５の幅方向の略中間部を長手方向に沿って切断する。

そして、切断された疎水性シート５，５の切断端部30，30から離間した位置に、長手方向に沿って伸長した第２の弾性体29，29を、疎水性シート５，５の長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ配設して、第１の接合部31，31で接合部材などを用いて接合する。

次に、疎水性シート５，５の切断端部30，30から離間した位置の余布部分32，32を内側に折り返す。このとき、疎水性シート５，５の余布部分32，32で第２の弾性体29，29を包容する。そして、疎水性シート５，５の切断端部30，30と、折り返した際に切断端部30，30が位置する疎水性シート５，５とを第２の接合部33，33で接合部材などを用いて疎水性シート５，５の長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ接合する。

そして、疎水性シート５，５の余布部分32，32の略中間部と、この疎水性シート５，５に対して長手方向に沿って並走している透液性表面シート２とを、疎水性シート５，５の長手方向に沿って接合部材などを用いて第３の接合部34，34でそれぞれ接合する。

さらに、不透液性裏面シート３の幅方向の中間部に、吸収体４を長手方向に沿って配設する。そして、吸収体４が配設された不透液性裏面シート３の上面周縁部と、疎水性シート５，５に接合された透液性表面シート２の下面周縁部とを接合して、透液性表面シート２の表面上に位置するとともに、吸収体４の幅方向の端部近傍の内方の位置に、吸収体４の長手方向に沿って装着時に断面略直角三角形状に起立し内部に空間を有する尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22をそれぞれ形成する。

そして、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22を形成する際、吸収体４の幅方向の縁から外方に向けて透液性表面シート２および不透液性裏面シート３が延出している位置の脚回り部９，９に、おむつ本体１の長手方向に沿って、長手方向に伸長させた第１の弾性体10，10を透液性表面シート２および不透液性裏面シート３の間に、おむつ本体１の長手方向に沿って、例えば４本を平行に配設して接合部材などを用いて第４の接合部35，35で接合して脚回りギャザー部11，11を形成して、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22を有する使い捨ておむつを製造する。

また、図２に示すように、尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22の長手方向の両側端近傍の第２の接線27，27が位置する側の近傍を、透液性表面シート２の表面に長手方向に沿って接合部材などを用いて第５の接合部36，36で接合する。このため、この尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22の長手方向の両側端近傍は装着時に起立することはない。よって、装着時の尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22は、長手方向の中央域を頂点として、両端部を支点とする凸状に起立する。

ここで、疎水性シート５を切断する工程から尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22をおむつ本体１に形成するまでの工程を、疎水性シート５を連続して走行させながら行って尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22を有する使い捨ておむつを製造する。よって、一連の流れ作業として尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22を有する使い捨ておむつが製造できる。

次に、上記一実施の形態の作用について説明する。

おむつ本体１を身体に装着する場合について説明すると、このおむつ本体１の身体への装着は、おむつ本体１の股下回り部６を股下に位置させるとともに背側腰回り部７を背中側に位置させかつ腹側腰回り部８を腹側に位置させる。そして、このおむつ本体１の透液性表面シート２を身体に接触させ、このおむつ本体１の前記背側腰回り部７の一側突部12に固着されている前記第１のファスナ体16および前記背側腰回り部７の他側突部13に固着されている前記第２のファスナ体17を、それぞれ腹側腰回り部８に固着されている装着ファスナ部18に係脱自在に係合させて行う。その際、おむつ本体１の脚回りギャザー部11，11が装着者の脚回りに密着し、さらに、おむつ本体１に形成されている尿漏れ防止ギャザー部22，22が身体側に向けて起立して、身体から排泄される尿等の排泄液が脚回り部９，９から外部に向けて流出することを防止する。
