【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は尿素配合の乳化組成物に関する。さらに詳しくは、尿素の刺激を軽減しながらも優れた保湿効果を示し、非常にさっぱりとした使用感を有する尿素配合の乳化組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
スキンケア用化粧料や皮膚外用剤等には、美肌状態を保ち、また肌荒れを防止、改善等のために、自然保湿因子(NMF:natural moisturing factor)や保湿剤などが用いられている。そして自然保湿因子の中でも、尿素は角質層柔軟効果、肌荒れ改善効果を有するものとしてよく知られた成分である。

しかしながら尿素を配合した系では、時としてヒリつきなどの皮膚刺激を引き起こすという問題がある。このような場合、保湿剤を多配合することにより尿素によるひりつきを抑えるという方策がある。しかしながら、保湿剤を多配合すると、保湿剤自体の高い粘性や吸湿性のために、化粧料を皮膚に塗布した際のべたつきが大きく、使用性の低下がみられる。

他方、乳化型化粧料においては、乳化剤として界面活性剤が用いられているが、これは安全上、できるだけ低配合量が望まれている。

このような現況にあって、尿素配合組成物において、界面活性剤の配合量を低減した場合においても優れた乳化力を有し、かつ、保湿剤を多配合した場合であってもべたつきのない使用性のよい乳化製剤が望まれていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、尿素を配合した乳化系組成物におて、界面活性剤を低配合しても優れた乳化力を有し、かつ尿素によるひりつきを抑え、保湿剤を多配合してもべたつきのない使用性のよい乳化製剤を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明は、(a)特定のポリシロキサン−ポリオキシアルキレン共重合体を0.01〜5重量%、(b)親水性非イオン性界面活性剤を0.05〜1重量%、(c)保湿剤を10〜30重量%、および(d)尿素を1〜50重量%配合してなる水中油型乳化組成物を提供する。

以下、本発明について詳述する。

本発明の乳化組成物に含まれる(a)成分としてのポリシロキサン−ポリオキシアルキレン共重合体としては、下記一般式(I)で表される共重合体が用いられる。

(b)成分の配合量は、本発明組成物中、0.05〜1重量%であり、好ましくは0.1〜0.5重量%である。本発明では(b)成分をこのように低配合としても優れた乳化効果を得ることができる。

(c)成分としての保湿剤は、保湿剤として通常、化粧料に配合され得るすべてのものを含み得る。具体的には、例えばポリエチレングリコール、グリセリン、1,3−ブチレングリコール、エリスリトール、ソルビトール、キシリトール、マルチトール、ムコ多糖、ヒアルロン酸、コンドロイチン硫酸、キトサン等を挙げることができるが、これら具体例に限定されるものでないことはもちろんである。保湿剤は1種または2種以上を選択して用いることができる。

(c)成分の配合量は、本発明組成物中、10〜30重量%であり、好ましくは10〜15重量%である。本発明では(c)成分をこのように高配合としてもべたつき感がなく、優れた使用感(さっぱり感)を有する。

(d)成分としての尿素は、化学式H2CONH2で表され、化粧品、医薬品分野において用いられ得るものであれば任意に使用し得る。

(d)成分の配合量は、本発明組成物中、1〜50重量%であり、好ましくは3〜20重量%である。本発明では(d)成分をこのようにやや多めに配合してもヒリつき感がなく、低刺激性で、かつ優れた使用感(しっとり感)を有する。

本発明では、尿素配合製剤にポリシロキサン−ポリオキシアルキレン共重合体を配合することによって、界面活性剤の配合量を大幅に減量することが可能となり、保湿剤を多く配合してもべたつきのない使用性のよい乳化組成物を調製することができた。すなわち本発明は、尿素の刺激を軽減するために、保湿剤とポリシロキサン−ポリオキシアルキレン共重合体を配合し、少量の非イオン性界面活性剤で乳化することによってべたつきのない使用性のよい乳化製剤を調製する技術である。

本発明化粧料がとり得る剤型は特に限定されず、例えば水溶液系、可溶化系、乳化系、粉末分散系、水−油2層系、水−油−粉末3層系等、化粧料全般にわたって本発明を適用することが可能である。またその用途も、化粧水、乳液、クリーム、パック等の基礎化粧品や、口紅、ファンデーション等のメーキャップ化粧料、シャンプー、リンス、染毛剤等の頭髪用製品、日焼け止め等の特殊化粧品など、多くの種類の化粧品にわたる。

本発明化粧料には、上記した必須成分の他に、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で通常化粧品や医薬品等の外用剤に用いられる他の成分、例えば、油分、湿潤剤、酸化防止剤、他の界面活性剤、防腐剤、アミノ酸、香料、アルコール、色剤、粉末、薬剤等を必要に応じて適宜配合することができる。
