本発明は、屋根上に融雪用配管を設置するための融雪用配管設置具に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から、屋根上の略全面に渡って配管し、この配管に例えばお湯を循環させることでこの配管を介して伝導する湯熱によって屋根上の積雪を融雪する融雪屋根構造が実施されている。

この融雪屋根構造の屋根上への配管方法について説明すると、従来、この融雪用配管設置専用の設置金具などはなく、例えば、屋根上に多数の雪止アングル固定金具を設置して、このアングル固定金具に直接融雪用配管を結束して取り付けたり,Uボルトなどを利用して取り付けたりするか、或いはアングル固定金具にアングル材やチャンネル材を取り付けてこのアングル材やチャンネル材に融雪用配管を結束して取り付けたり,Uボルトなどを利用して取り付けたりすることで固定している。

本実施例は、瓦棒葺屋根1の瓦棒2に対して取付固定し得るように構成した長尺な基体3の上部に、融雪用配管4を係止し得る配管係止部5を、この基体3の長さ方向に間隔を置いて複数並設状態に設けている。

具体的に説明すると、基体3は、金属製(例えばステンレス製)の帯板体により構成している。また、この帯板状の基体3の長手方向の左右両側縁を上方へ略直角に立ち上げ折曲し、更にこの帯板体の長手方向の中央部を上方へ凸形に折曲形成した構成としている。
