本発明は、窓孔から一部を露出させた状態で電力量計を収納する電力量計収納盤に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、主幹開閉器や分岐開閉器等のブレーカを配設する箱体のフリースペースに電力量計を収納するようにした分電盤が提供されている(例えば、特開平9−163521号公報参照)。このものにおいては、箱体の上記フリースペースの前面側に大径及び小径のノックアウト孔を有するカバーが取着され、電力量計の寸法に応じた大径又は小径のノックアウト孔を形成してそのノックアウト孔から電力量計の一部(すなわち、電力量支持部が見える電力量計前面)を露出させるようになっている。なお、ノックアウト孔は平板状のカバーの一端側に近接して設けてあり、この一端側を下端としてカバーが箱体に取着される。

また、収納盤本体の平坦な前面に寸法の大きい電力量計に対応した窓孔を形成し、寸法の小さい電力量計に対応した露出孔を有する窓枠を上記窓孔に着脱自在に取着することで上記課題を解決するようにした電力量計収納盤が既に提案されている。かかる電力量計収納盤にあっては、窓枠が窓孔の周縁部の前面に一部が重なる形で窓孔周縁内部に引っ掛けて取着される。なお、箱体下部のブレーカの配線スペースを大きく確保するために、なるべく箱体上部に電力量計を配置する必要があり、そのために窓枠の上端から露出孔までの距離が一番近接する形に形成されている。

上記従来例では、カバーや窓枠を窓孔に対して上下逆に取着することがあり、しかも上下逆に取着されていることが判り難い場合があった。

本発明は上記問題に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、窓枠を誤った向きに取着するのを防止できる電力量計収納盤を提供することにある。

請求項1の発明は、上記目的を達成するために、前面に開口する複数の窓孔から一部を露出させた状態で複数の電力量計を収納する収納盤本体と、収納盤本体前面における窓孔の周縁部位に収納盤本体の内側に落ち込む形で設けられた凹部と、電力量計の一部を露出する露出孔を有し背面側を凹部に挿入する形で着脱自在に窓孔に嵌着される複数の窓枠とを備え、収納盤本体の前面における窓孔の周縁部位に、窓孔に向かって収納盤本体の内側に傾斜する傾斜面を形成し、窓孔を挟んで対向する少なくとも一対の傾斜面の傾斜角度を互いに異ならせるとともに、窓孔に嵌着された状態で窓孔の周縁部位の傾斜面と略同一角度で傾斜する少なくとも一対の傾斜面を窓枠の前面における露出孔の周縁部位であって露出孔を挟んで対向する周縁部位に形成するとともに、収納盤本体の前面におけるそれぞれの窓孔の周縁部位の傾斜面形状を略同形状として成ることを特徴とし、窓枠を窓孔周縁に誤った向きに取着すると窓孔周縁近傍の傾斜面と窓枠の露出孔周縁近傍の傾斜面との角度が異なることとなり、窓枠を誤った向きに取着していることが容易に判断できる。その結果、窓枠を誤った向きに取着するのを防止できる。しかも、収納盤本体に複数台の電力量計を収納する場合に何れの窓孔にも同じ窓枠を取り付けることができ、窓枠の共通化が図れて製造作業が容易になるとともに製造コストが抑制できる。

以下、図1〜図17を参照して本発明の一実施形態を詳細に説明する。

本実施形態の電力量計収納盤は、前面に開口する窓孔21から一部を露出させた状態で電力量計60を収納する収納盤本体と、電力量計60の一部を露出する露出孔31を有し窓孔21の周縁に着脱自在に取り付けられる窓枠30とを備えている。
