と精米機fとを取付け、前記籾摺装置eに穀物を供給す

給ホッパーgより前記籾摺装置eに至る揚穀装置iは前
記供給ホッパーgの後側に配置し、前記籾摺装置eと精
米機fは左右側に併設し、前記籾摺装置eの後部に排塵
胴延長部jを精米機fの後部に糠処理部kを設け、前記
供給ホッパーgには送穀螺旋mを設けたコイン精米装置
の構成について記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記公知公報記載のコ
イン精米装置の供給ホッパーgは、穀物の取出装置が取
付てないので、投入した穀物の取出しができない。本願
は、簡易な構成で、投入した穀物の取出しができるよう
にしたものであり、併せて、穀物の洩れを防止したもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】よって、本発明は、家屋
1内に設けた脱ぷ機8に流路14を介して精米機6を接
続し、前記脱ぷ機8に穀物を供給する揚穀装置12を設
け、該揚穀装置12の側部に供給ホッパー5を設け、該
供給ホッパー5には前記揚穀装置12に穀物を供給する
正逆転螺旋コンベア18を取付けたものにおいて、該正
逆転螺旋コンベア18の始端側19には戻し口20を開
口させ、前記正逆転螺旋コンベア18の始端側19は複
条螺旋21にしたコイン精米装置の穀物供給装置とした
ものである。

【実施例】本発明の一実施例を図面により説明すると、
1は平面四角形状の家屋、2は家屋1を前後側に区画す
る左右方向の仕切壁、3は仕切壁2で仕切られて形成さ
れた操作室、4は仕切壁2で仕切られて形成された機械
室、5は機械室4内の仕切壁2近くの右側に設けられた
供給ホッパー(供給ホッパー5への投入は矢印のように
供給ホッパー5の臨む位置に任意大きさの窓を開け
る)、6は機械室4内の供給ホッパー5の左側に設けら
れた精米機、7は精米機6の前側で操作室3側に設けら
れた製品取出部、8は機械室4内の供給ホッパー5の後
方の空室10’に配置された遠心脱ぷ機である。
【0006】前記精米機6と遠心脱ぷ機8は、供給ホッ
パー4の関係で前後にずれた位置に配置され、遠心脱ぷ
機8の後方の後壁9の間には排塵胴15が配設され、排
塵胴15の排塵筒16は後壁9を通って後方に延長され
る。
【0007】したがって、精米機6の後方に空室10が
形成され、空室10内には糠処理部11が設けられる。

5の左側に設けられる。13は揚穀装置12から遠心脱

【作用】次に作用を述べる。本願は、上記の構成である
から、供給ホッパー5に籾米を供給すると、正逆転螺旋
コンベア18で送られて揚穀装置12により揚穀され、
流路13を通り遠心脱ぷ機8に供給されて遠心脱ぷさ
れ、玄米は流路14を通って精米機6に移行して精米さ
れ、製品取出部7に取出される。

8の始端側19には常時開口している戻し口20を開口
させてあるので、正逆転モータ22を逆転させると、供
給ホッパー5内の穀物を取出すことが出来る。この場

タ22を正転させて送穀しているときでも、穀物が洩れ
て排出されることがあるが、本願は、前記正逆転螺旋コ
ンベア18の始端側19は複条螺旋21にしてあるの
で、これを防止する。

【発明の効果】前記公知公報記載のコイン精米装置の供
給ホッパーgは、穀物の取出装置が取付てないので、投
入した穀物の取出しができない。したがって、うるち米
搗精後糯米搗精をするときは、糯米に残留うるち米が混
入して、品質の悪い餅になる課題があった。しかるに、
本発明は、家屋1内に設けた脱ぷ機8に流路14を介し
て精米機6を接続し、前記脱ぷ機8に穀物を供給する揚
穀装置12を設け、該揚穀装置12の側部に供給ホッパ
ー5を設け、該供給ホッパー5には前記揚穀装置12に
穀物を供給する正逆転螺旋コンベア18を取付けたもの
において、該正逆転螺旋コンベア18の始端側19には
戻し口20を開口させ、前記正逆転螺旋コンベア18の
始端側19は複条螺旋21にしたコイン精米装置の穀物
供給装置の穀物供給装置としたものであるから、正逆転
螺旋コンベア18の始端側19には戻し口20を開口さ
せてあるので、正逆転モータ22を逆転させると、供給
ホッパー5内の残留穀物を取出すことが出来るので、こ
れを防止する。また、戻し口20は、常時開口している
と操作容易であるが、常時開口している場合は、正逆転
モータ22を正転させて送穀しているときでも、穀物が
洩れることがある。しかし、本願は、前記正逆転螺旋コ
ンベア18の始端側19は複条螺旋21にしてあるの
