シートシヤツターにおける下端の座板部と上端のまぐさ
部とが閉鎖時に下端と床面及びまぐさ部との隙間より通
過侵入する煙等を確実に遮断する捲込シートシヤツター
の座板部、まぐさ部防火防煙装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来この種の捲込シートシヤツターの防
火防煙装置は、例えば、金属性のシヤツターのものより
重量が軽いために座板部の下面に緩衝装置等を装設する
必要がなく、全体が軽量で座板部の下端に介在物を介在
せずに座板部と床面とを直接に接触させている。この場
合は、座板部の下端と床面との間に隙間が生じ、火災の
際にはその隙間より火煙が侵入する欠点がある。

に生ずる隙間より煙等の侵入を遮断する装置は、従来の

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記従来の
捲込シートシヤツターの座板部、まぐさ部防火防煙装置
における各欠点を解決したものであつて、その主たる目
的とする所は、シートシヤツターの下端に設けた座板部
の挾持板が床面に接合した時に、シートシヤツターの下
端の延長部が床面に折曲圧接して通気を遮断する。ま
た、シートシヤツターの上端が、まぐさ部で閉鎖した時
にシートの内部に充填した軟質性よりなる不燃性ロープ
等の充填条体によつて気密して火煙等の侵入移動を防止
するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明の捲込シートシヤツターの座板部、まぐさ部
防火防煙装置においては、シートシヤツターは数枚の不
燃性のシート片を縫着して構成される該シートシヤツタ
ーの下端には、相対する挾持板と当て板とを以て座板部
を形成する。該挾持板には、下端を下方に向けて傾斜片
を形成し、この傾斜片の下面内部に僅かな隙間部を形成
する。該隙間部にシートシヤツターの下端を延設して折
曲圧接部を形成する。また、シートシヤツターの上部に
は、横方向の内部に軟質性の不燃性の充填条体を内挿
し、まぐさ部に設けた傾斜支持体に圧接するようにした
ものである。

【実施例】次に、本発明の実施例を図面について説明す
ると、図1、図2において、防火防煙用のシートシヤツ
ター(3)は、左右の案内レール(2)(2)によつて
上部の捲込ケース(1)の捲込軸(18)により昇降自
在に捲着されている。前記シートシヤツター(3)は、
縦方向の数枚のシート片を縫着部(17)(17)によ
つて連続構成されている。該シートシヤツター(3)
は、ガラスクロス、シリカクロス、ポリエステル、アク
リル樹脂等の織布に難燃剤を含浸させた不燃性よりなる
織布によつて構成されている。図3、図4に示す如く、
前記シートシヤツター(3)には、下端は相対する挾持
板(6)(6)と、その外側に当て板(7)(7)を各
々組合わせて、ボルト(8)とナツト(9)とによつて
固定して座板部(5)を形成してある。
【0007】前記挾持板(6)(6)には、相対する下
端を下方に傾斜した傾斜片(11)(11)を各々形成
する。該傾斜片(11)(11)には、下面内部に僅か
な隙間部(12)(12)を形成してある。該隙間部

を延設突出した折曲自在となる折曲圧接部を突出形成し
てある。

【作用】上記のように構成されたシートシヤツターの座
板部、まぐさ部防火防煙装置は、左右の案内レール
(2)(2)を昇降して防火防煙の役目を果たすもので
ある。そしてシートシヤツター(3)が閉鎖時におい
て、該傾斜片(11)(11)が床面(16)に接触す
る以前にシートシヤツター(3)の下端の折曲突片(1

とができる。

【発明の効果】以上のように構成された本発明のシート
シヤツターの座板部、まぐさ部防火防煙装置は、シート
シヤツターが閉鎖時において、床面との隙間を完全に防
止すると共に、まぐさ部の隙間を防止して煙等の通気を
確実に遮断する効果と、従来の如く床面の隙間より侵入
する煙の流出を防止し、被災者の安全を確保する効果が
ある。そして、シートシヤツターの下端に設けた挾持板
と当て板とによつてシート下端を強固に挾持した座板部
を形成する効果がある。該挾持板は、相対する下端を下
方に傾斜した傾斜片を形成したので、相対する傾斜片の
先端が各々床面に接地して漏気効果を高める効果があ
る。各傾斜片の下面内部に形成した隙間部によつて、シ
ートシヤツターの延設した折曲突片を収納すると共に、
接地面において折曲突片が下り曲がつて完全に隙間を防
止して遮煙を確実とする効果がある。また、シートシヤ
ツターの上部に設けた横方向の軟質性よりなる不燃性の
充填条体によつては、捲込ケース内に設けた相対する傾
斜支持体に降下時に確実に接合し、軟質性で不燃性の充
填条体が柔軟弾性的に圧接密閉して防煙の目的を著しく
