で支持して前記台車の走行経路上で昇降させる昇降体と

送物受け部の中間位置を昇降し、前記被搬送物支持部材
とハンガーとの相対昇降移動により、当該ハンガーの左
右一対の被搬送物受け部上と前記被搬送物支持部材上と
