Abstract

To provide a decorative ribbon fastener that can more firmly attach a decorative ribbon and prevent the decorative ribbon from easily coming off an article to be decorated.

Description

This invention relates to a decorative ribbon attachment tool used to attach bow ribbons to decorated items.

Conventionally, there are known ornaments for decorating items such as gifts and cosmetic boxes (see Patent Document 1). The ornament described in Patent Document 1 has a bow formed from a piece of ribbon and a loop attached to the knot of the bow.

This ornament was designed so that the item to be decorated could be placed in the loop, and then one end of the loop was pulled to narrow the loop, allowing it to be attached to the item with one hand.

However, conventional decorative items had the problem that the rings were prone to loosening and coming off the decorated item due to vibrations or contact with other objects when the decorated item was being handled.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a decorative ribbon attachment tool that allows for more secure attachment and prevents the decorative ribbon from easily coming off the item being decorated.

The decorative ribbon attachment device according to the present invention is for attaching a decorative ribbon having a knot to an article to be decorated, and includes a belt-shaped member that is inserted into the knot of the decorative ribbon and that is wound around the article to be decorated when the decorative ribbon is attached to the article to be decorated, a through hole provided at one end of the belt-shaped member and into which the other end of the belt-shaped member wound around the article to be decorated is inserted, a pull-out hole through which the other end of the belt-shaped member that has been passed through the through hole is pulled out, and a fixing hole that is provided between the pull-out hole and the through hole and has the same dimensions as the belt-shaped member or smaller, and through which the belt-shaped member pulled out from the pull-out hole is moved via a notch.

This invention provides a decorative ribbon attachment device that allows for more secure attachment and prevents the decorative ribbon from easily coming off the decorated item.

The following describes a decorative ribbon attachment device according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

1 shows a schematic configuration of a bow ribbon (decorative ribbon) 10 equipped with a fixture 20 according to this embodiment, where (a) is a view from the front (decorative surface) side, and (b) is a view from the back (non-decorative surface) side opposite the front. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of the fixture 20.

The bow ribbon 10 is intended to easily decorate products or items to be decorated such as bags, boxes, and bottles for storing products (see, for example, Figure 4), and has a decorative shape in which a piece of ribbon of a specified dimension (width x length) is tied in a bow or ribbon.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1(a), the bow ribbon 10 is made up of a pair of bows 11, 11, a pair of hanging strips 13, 13, and a knot 15, and is configured to be almost symmetrical.

Note that, although the bow ribbon 10 is used as an example here, the decorative ribbon can also be applied to various wrapping ribbons with various knots, such as one-touch bows and charm bows.

As shown in FIG. 1(b), for example, the bow ribbon 10 has an attachment tool 20 attached (inserted) to the back side 15a of the knot 15, which is the rear side of the bow ribbon 10, for attaching the bow ribbon 10 to the item to be decorated.

As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment 20 is a strip-shaped member 21 made of a narrow, elongated ribbon piece (approximately 6 mm wide) that is narrower than the bow ribbon 10, and a thin film-like sheet member is attached to the back of the ribbon piece to ensure a certain tension and strength.

In this embodiment, the mounting fixture 20 has an acute-angled insertion portion 21a provided on one end of the belt-shaped member 21, and a wide (approximately 12 mm wide) through-hole portion 25 provided on the other end (base end) of the belt-shaped member 21, through which the insertion portion 21a is inserted during decoration (mounting).

The through-hole portion 25 is provided with a pair of through-holes 27 into which the insertion portion 21a is inserted and an extraction hole 26 from which the insertion portion 21a inserted into the through-hole 27 is extracted. By making the extraction hole 26 and the through-hole 27 wider than the width of the belt-shaped member 21 (approximately 8 mm wide) and by making them semi-cylindrical, it is possible to easily insert the insertion portion 21a into the through-hole 27 and to easily extract the insertion portion 21a from the extraction hole 26.

Between the pull-out hole 26 and the through hole 27, there is a fixing hole 28 to which the strip-shaped member 21 pulled out from the pull-out hole 26 is finally fixed. The fixing hole 28 has a dimension that is approximately equal to or smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the strip-shaped member 21 (approximately 5 mm wide), and a notch 29 is provided between the pull-out hole 26 and the fixing hole 28.

That is, in order to enable the belt-shaped member 21 to be inserted from the other end of the insertion portion 21a while it is wrapped around the decorated item, the through-hole portion 25 has through-holes 27, fixing holes 28, and pull-out holes 26 arranged in parallel in order from the side furthest from the belt-shaped member 21 along the short side direction that is nearly perpendicular to the long side direction of the belt-shaped member 21. The fixing hole 28 has a notch 29 that connects to the pull-out hole 26, and the belt-shaped member 21 pulled out from the pull-out hole 26 can be moved to the fixing hole 28 via this notch 29.

By configuring it in this way, even if the width of the through hole 27 or the pull-out hole 26 is made larger than the width of the belt-shaped member 21 to facilitate the insertion of the insertion portion 21a, the fixing hole 28 can easily prevent the belt-shaped member 21 from easily coming off or falling off.

On the other hand, on both sides of the belt-shaped member 21, behind the insertion portion 21a, there are multiple projections 23 (five on each side in the illustrated example) arranged at regular intervals to engage with the edges of the fixing holes 28 as anti-slip devices to prevent the insertion portion 21a from falling out. The spacing between the projections 23 is preferably equal to the distance between the withdrawal hole 26 and the fixing hole 28.

The protrusion 23 is provided so as to protrude in the width direction of the belt-shaped member 21, and may be provided on only one side of the belt-shaped member 21, or may be provided on the entire side of the belt-shaped member 21.

The attachment 20 can be easily formed, for example, by laser processing, and by adjusting the length of the strip member 21, it can be easily applied to attachment to any size of decorated item.

In particular, the attachment 20 can be adjusted to have the same color as the bow ribbon 10. For example, if the attachment 20 is made to the same color as the bow ribbon 10, it can be made inconspicuous and not interfere with the decoration of the item to be decorated with the bow ribbon 10.

The ribbon pieces can be made of synthetic fibers such as polyester, as well as paper, film, nonwoven fabric, or natural fibers.

Figure 3 shows the state of the attachment 20 when decorated with the bow ribbon 10.

When attaching the bow ribbon 10 to an article to be decorated (not shown), the attachment 20 is wrapped around the article to be decorated with the belt-shaped member 21 curved into a ring shape, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, and the insertion portion 21a of the belt-shaped member 21 is passed through the through hole 27 of the through hole portion 25 from the top (front side).

Then, the insertion portion 21a of the belt-shaped member 21 is passed through the pull-out hole 26 of the through-hole portion 25 from the bottom (back side) and pulled out to the outside. At that time, the protrusion portion 23 of the belt-shaped member 21 engages with the pull-out hole 26 and the through-hole 27, preventing the insertion portion 21a from coming out of the pull-out hole 26 and the through-hole 27.

After this, the belt-shaped member 21 is pulled out further so that it fits the item to be decorated, and then the belt-shaped member 21 is moved from the pull-out hole 26 to the fixing hole 28, and the belt-shaped member 21 is fixed by the fixing hole 28.

Figure 4 shows a specific example of decoration of a bottle (an item to be decorated) 30 using a bow ribbon 10, viewed from the non-decorative side.

The bow ribbon 10 is attached to the neck of the bottle 30 by an attachment 20, as shown in FIG. 4, for example.

In this case, the bow ribbon 10 is pressed against the neck of the bottle 30, and in this state, the strip-shaped member 21 threaded through the knot 15 of the bow ribbon 10 is curved into a ring shape and wrapped around the neck. Then, the insertion portion 21a is passed through the through hole 27 and the pull-out hole 26 of the through-hole portion 25 in order, and then the insertion portion 21a is pulled out further, thereby adjusting the diameter of the ring according to the size of the neck of the bottle 30.

After the bow ribbon 10 has been attached to the bottle 30 in this manner, for example, the insertion portion 21a side of the belt-shaped member 21 is pulled vigorously toward the front as shown in the figure, whereby the belt-shaped member 21 is moved from the withdrawal hole 26 to the fixing hole 28 via the notch 29.

In this case, by making the size of the fixing hole 28 approximately the same as or smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the belt-shaped member 21, the belt-shaped member 21 is firmly held by the fixing hole 28. Furthermore, by fully engaging the protrusion 23 of the belt-shaped member 21 with the fixing hole 28, it is possible to prevent the belt-shaped member 21 from coming loose or coming off the fixing hole 28.

When decorating the bottle 30, for example, the belt-shaped member 21 passed through the knot 15 of the bow ribbon 10 is bent into a ring shape, and the insertion portion 21a is passed through the through hole 27 of the through hole portion 25 and the pull-out hole 26 in that order. Then, after the diameter of the ring is pre-adjusted to the size of the neck of the bottle 30, it is attached to the neck of the bottle 30, and the insertion portion 21a is pulled out, thereby adjusting the diameter of the ring according to the size of the neck of the bottle 30. In this way, the bottle 30 may be decorated (attached) with the bow ribbon 10.

As described above, in this embodiment, the belt-shaped member 21 is fixed by the fixing hole 28, which is approximately the same size as or smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the belt-shaped member 21, thereby making it possible to prevent the bow ribbon 10 from easily coming off the bottle 30.

That is, when attaching the bow ribbon 10 to the bottle 30 using the attachment tool 20, the belt-shaped member 21 that is threaded through the knot 15 of the bow ribbon 10 is wrapped around the neck of the bottle 30, and the insertion part 21a is passed through the through hole 27 and the pull-out hole 26 of the through hole part 25, and then the belt-shaped member 21 is moved from the pull-out hole 26 to the fixing hole 28 via the notch 29. This makes it possible to fix the belt-shaped member 21 more firmly by the fixing hole 28, which is approximately the same size as or smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the belt-shaped member 21. Therefore, even if the bottle 30 is subjected to vibration during handling or comes into contact with something, it becomes easy to prevent the belt-shaped member 21 from easily loosening or the bow ribbon 10 from coming off.

In addition, by making the fixing holes 28 approximately the same size as or smaller than the cross-sectional dimensions of the belt-shaped member 21, the projections 23 are fully engaged with the edges of the fixing holes 28, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the bottle 30 from easily becoming loose or falling off due to vibrations or contact with other objects that occur during normal handling.

The object to be decorated is not limited to the bottle 30, but may be, for example, a bag, a box such as a gift box, or a cylindrical object.

A decorative ribbon having a knot is attached to an article to be decorated,
a belt-shaped member that is inserted into the knot of the decorative ribbon and that is wrapped around the item to be decorated when the decorative ribbon is attached to the item to be decorated;
a through hole provided at one end of the belt-shaped member, into which the other end of the belt-shaped member wound around the decorated article is inserted; a pull-out hole through which the other end of the belt-shaped member passed through the through hole is pulled out; a fixing hole provided between the pull-out hole and the through hole, the fixing hole being equal to or smaller than the size of the belt-shaped member, through which the belt-shaped member pulled out from the pull-out hole is moved via a notch;
